My wife and I stopped in to upgrade our phones. The one she wanted was not in stock but they looked online and found 5 of the model she wanted in other stores. They said they would call another store and that they could have the phone in 2-3 days. On the 4th day, I called and they said it SHOULD have arrived and, if it was not there the next day they would call me. No call. We finally called again on the 8th day and were told the salesperson we spoke to was on vacation and the phone was never ordered. They apologized and said they would call the other store right away. The next time we called, they said there were no more of that model available at any store. For how much these phones cost, youd think a store like this one could afford to hire competent staff and give even the basic level of customer service. I will never again buy from a TCC store. Lesson learned.

Warning!! DO NOT buy anything from this store or any TCC owned Verizon retailer stores, they are completely driven by commission, will do anything (lie, sign you up without your knowledge on all kinds of things...) to trick you into the deal, then they will ditch you with a surprising bill that you wish you never stepped into that store!! Terrible and not acceptable retailer behaviors!!!

For a store that carries the Pixel, they dont even have the correct sim card for it. Waited an hour and a half with very little recognition I was there or asked what I was there for- a simple 10 minute process. After being turned away I got real help from an official Verizon store.

AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST!!!!! THEY SHOULD CLOSE THEIR DOORS. NEGATIVE STARS. Thought I just had a bad experience with one, but turns out eceryone that works there is awful. No clue how any of them were hired.

Two employees were working, both helping customers. I came in with 3 small children. about 5 minutes after a mother and her high schooler walked in guess who they talked first. I left and am going to amother location. Very unclassy and rude employees and patrons
