Batteries plus bulbs in Columbus, GA damaged my iPad 3 beyond use when doing a simple battery replacement. At first they did not tell me about it, but an employee let it slip. After several attempts at getting it repaired so I could use it, I found it no longer started at all. I was forced to replace it with a new iPad so that I could continue to use it in my business. The local manager said they would settle the matter amicably, but the "upper manager" or possibly the owner refused to give me reimbursement for anything but the new battery in the useless iPad unless he had that iPad 3 in his hands. I had disposed of it as it was useless and I dont hang on to broken electronics if they cant be fixed. I never dreamed that a company would want a useless iPad to be turned in in order to make some sort of reimbursement. I asked for a minimal reimbursement but, to date, they have promised only reimbursement for the battery. Even a refurbished iPad 3 would have cost the company 350.00. I asked for 235.00 as reimbursemenT, that includes the cost of the new battery. I would hate for anyone else to have this experience so I suggest that you use the battery store down the road or go to Radio Shack. A Day Later: I spoke with "upper management" today. I am still disappointed with the manner in which I have been treated, but I do understand the need to make a business profitable. I have been reimbursed for the battery that was installed in the old iPad. I did make a mistake when I disposed of the old unit. I should have kept it to prove its uselessness. I hope that my experience will help other customers. I still feel as though I should be reimbursed, at least in a small part, for the fact that I was forced to purchase another iPad so that I could have access to my business concerns. I still do not know what will happen in that regard. I would like to add that the manager of the local store is a good fellow. He made a couple of mistakes, but we are all human and God forgives our mistakes when we ask for forgiveness. Hopefully, if you trade here, you will not encounter the difficulties that I have. I will continue to update this review as I feel it necessary.

I bought a set of golf cart batteries(1-year warranty) from Batteries Plus in 4.2015 because they were $30 cheaper per battery than the Trojan brand. In 2.2016 I was having acceleration problems after stopping at a stop sign. The charge was also going down much quicker than normal. I brought the cart in to a golf cart shop to determine the problem. 3 of the batteries were found to be low-voltage & the other 3 were most likely to go the same route. I took the batteries back to Batteries Plus for a replacement of all 6, but they tested the batteries & said they were good. I asked for a 2nd test, but the results were the same. I trusted the results from the golf cart shop because Ive been a customer there for about 20 years. A phone call to corporate did no good. I felt that getting a 2nd opinion wouldve been a waste of time since Batteries Plus found nothing wrong with the batteries after 2 tests. I eventually bought new batteries from the golf cart shop. The golf cart now drives like a dream and the charge is holding perfectly. I work 40+ hours a week & the golf cart is my sole form of transportation, so its been a huge hassle! I have since learned that 1 other person came into the golf cart shop having the same issue with their batteries they bought from Batteries Plus and also had new batteries put in at the golf cart shop! I feel like I should have received a refund from BatteriesPlus, but they said no. Corporate never offered a refund either.

Went to the Batteries Plus in Peachtree City to purchase new batteries for 2 SeaDoo watercraft. I was approached by the store manager who informed me she was certain she had them, even had an UPGRADE battery for a little more money. I accepted this reccomendation and purchased both batteries. Over $211 total. These were purchased a week before a family vacation to our lake house over 4 hours away. After the drive and disassembly it was realized these batteries were no where near the right size and power for these skis. I was forced to purchase new OEM batteries from a local dealership so that we could use them. I went to return these batteries after our vacation and was told they couldnt accept them back because it had been past 14 days. I was NEVER told I only had 14 days to return. Just told there was a 2 year warranty. After arguing over the fact the only reason I had these was because of the managers assurance this was right, the SAME manager said I will take them back for a 10% "Re-Stocking" fee. So...I had to pay $21 for trusting these people. Simply put....BAD BUSINESS.

Took my iphone6 in to get the screen repaired 10/3/16. They replaced it but 5 min later the screen kept going blank and freezing up. I returned immediately. As stated from Renne Lopez in another review, was told my frame was bent and I needed a new case to "hold" it all together, (which they tried to sell me a $50 case mind you) b/c when you try to place a piece of flat glass on a curved surface it doesnt stay together. I was told there was nothing they could do. They must train their employees to say the same "line" every time it doesnt work. They tried to demonstrate to me with a piece of paper how my frame was bent, but hello....the phone is not going to sit flat anyway, b/c of the camera protruding from the back. They must think Im stupid. I would love for someone from this store or the company to rectify this for me and restore my faith in this store, if not my 5,000 friends on social media will hear about this company! My advice is DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE for iphone repairs!

Took my phone in to get my screen fixed because driving to Apple was such an inconvenience. Friendly staff but when I picked my phone back up I could no longer use my finger print home button. Turned out they broke a needed cable for this function to work. Now several functions on my phone do not work. I do believe the staff has basic knowledge of fixing a screen but they are obviously not completely knowledgeable on the inside of an iPhone and which cables should be touched. It may be best to hold out on that service until its perfected so people dont waste their money. I am currently in line at Apple trying to figure out if they can do damage control.

GREAT CUSTOMER CARE & SERVICE by Manager Darla and her staff at Batteries Plus Bulbs Peachtree City GA, after an issue with my iPhone 7 Plus, where the super delicate "home button" quit post screen repair. They did a fantastic customer care & support that I have never experienced before! I got my iPhone 7 plus home button and screen restored to original state. Truly thankful to Manager Darla especially for her handling of the issue. It is hard to find such customer care these days. I recommend them and their services with 100% confidence!! - A COMPLETELY SATISFIED CUSTOMER.
