GREAT customer service. I felt like I was family. The moment i walked in I was introduced to a young lady with the biggest smile Ive ever seen she was so bubbly and nice I asked her for some help . I came in to purchase a new phone from boost. even though boost sucked at the time she made sure I got what I needed. When they tried to transfer my numbers it was doing right. She manually put them in her self because she wanted to insure I get 100% SATISFACTION. REMARKABLE!!!also I purchased some other stuff. I told her what I needed and not only did she take me there but she asked me what I was particularly looking for and what was I wanting to spend. She saved me a lot of money by letting me know how the products really worked bad or good. and she told me the truth about it all. When I asked her how long she had been working there she said for a couple of weeks and if I had any complaints. I said NO! she is lovely and I will be coming back just to say hey. When I came back they said she had left for school. I believe her name is Mia, but I hope they hire more people like her. I promised I would write a review. a little late but still worth it. :)

I had the best experience here! We walked in with a mini DVD player and were greeted by the store manager Tamika. We did not have to say a word and she knew exactly what we needed. She worked efficiently as she finished with her first customer while helping us and even helped another customer while finding our product. She greeted each customer that walked in and we were in and out in less than seven minutes. She was awesome!
