TERRIBLE: I went to the location in Marrietta, GA on August 11, 2017, where I purchased a new glass screen and screen protector for my iPhone 7. Exactly 4 days later I woke up in the morning noticing 2 cracks under the screen protector without my phone even dropping. Ive left a comment on the website and called the corporate number and have yet to hear a response. I went back to Cellaris today to explain my issue hoping they will fix it at no cost. The customer service was horrible, the guy kept talking over me and blaming me for the issue. I just dont see how the screen protector never cracked but my phone did and how does the glass just crack overnight without dropping. I can tell the guy knew the screen was faulty or repaired incorrectly, he just refused to let me speak and explain myself (terrible customer service). Now Im a stay at home mom who spent $127 to get my iPhone repaired not expecting that I will be giving away free money for a faulty screen to be placed back on my phone. This place is a scam and when you call the corporate office, they never answer but ask you to leave a voicemail to return your call...just go to your cell phone provider and get it fix, itll save you the headache.

Probably the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. I had to get my screen fixed twice here. After the first time, my phone became randomly unresponsive so I brought it in to get it fixed. The last time, which my home button stopped working, I was told it was my fault. Instead of arguing, I paid. When I came back to pick up my phone, half the screen was black. I told them it wasnt like this before and they told me my screen broke when they took the case off. I assured them that I am not reliable for that, but they told me I had to pay to replace the entire screen. After arguing, I asked them to call the manager to see what can be done since I should not be reliable when I did not take the case off myself and it came back broken. After they spoke to the manager, they were able to replace my screen. When I came back to pick it up, my screen protector was not on the phone. I asked them about it, they tell me it broke and I had to buy a new one. I didnt want to argue so I just left. I have never had to deal with such poor customer service in my life. I will never go back again.

Fixed my iPhone 6 screen well enough, not perfect like Apple will even tho their price is the same as Apple. Now two months later my warranty is over and the screen is coming off. Will have to pay full price again these guys make full retail but have terrible customer service when they dont do so well. One star because it could have worked if I had made the guy redo it immediately but should get one star for not being responsible for their poor repair.

I went to this store because it showed a 5 star rating .... and they deserve every star!!!! Arty was extremely friendly, knowledgable and FAST!!! He had my iPhine broken screen repaired in nothing flat and even allowed us to watch the fascinating process! To top it off they were less expensive than anywhere else I had checked! I highly recommend them for your iPhone repairs!!!!!

This company is a scam, they lie to you to try to get your business, they attempted to fix my fiancés phone and now the screen is literally completly coming off of the phone, he said that doing the work would not void the warranty and thats the only reason we went with them but now the phone is crumbling to pieces and the warranty is void. I would leave 0 stars if I could

Had IPhone screen replaced. They replaced it with cheap glass, not the original gorilla glass. Damaged case prying it open. Replacement screen worked intermittently and was completely unreadable when wearing polarized sunglasses. Replacement glass cracked the very first time the phone was dropped.

I wouldnt recommend taking your iPad there. Mine was worse then when I dropped it off, and wasnt ready when they said it would be. I took to another Cellairis store inside of a Walmart, and they explained the difference between how the two stores work. They were able to repair. This was last year.

Raj is a master, He behaves so well with the customers that he can even make them crazy for cellairis, He repaired my phone which was totally damaged, he also sold me so nice and protective covers that from now im goona buy my whole familys phone cases from him.

My experience at cellaris was awful. I had a hard time understanding the people that worked there and they upselled me every way they could. They tried to get me to stick around and give them a five star review as well. I hope I never have to go back.

I lost my recite for a case I had purchased a week ago and Raj gave me a new case and was kind enough to give me a screen protector for my new iPhone 7 for free. They are great guys and did there best to accommodate me. Great customer service.

Raj replaced the battery in my Samsung Galaxy S6 and did a great job on that and placing the tempered glass on my phone. I was in and out in less then 45 minutes. Friendly staff and good work done here. Strongly recommend them.

If there were "Zero" star, I would evaluate "Zero". I dont want to give them even "one" star. They are very very poor service. Thats crazy. It was the worst service I had ever had. Im able to assert that they are fraud.
