I went in after trying to upgrade my wifes phone at the Wade Green location. Which was quite busy and didnt have the phone in stock, but called the Chastain Rd store and confirmed they had one. We were immediately greeted by Arman Khaleghi and h started working to get us taken care of. I have been in the Customer service industry for over 30 years and tbe last 20 plus as a Service Manager. Arman went above and beyond to provide excellent service to us. He actually price matched 2 Otter Box Defender cases so that we could be covered immediately vs having to order them and wait for them to arrive. Im not sure if that is policy or not, but blew me away that he wanted to provide us complete service. I gave been with T-Mobile since 2008 when they acquired my previous carrier Suncom. I have had goos service before at this location, but not the calibre that i received yesterday. I will highly recommend this young man to address your phone needs

The service is usually good, but not always. It would appear that at times, communication between managers and sales personnel is lacking. It takes absolutely forever to get anything done, and if one can not depend upon the assurance of staff that any given issue has been taken care of.

The worst customer service at a t-mobile store ever! This is just the worst place to come to! The worst! Look up the Cherokee street location,only 5 min away from Chastain and definitely a better customer service!
