I had a poor experience. I had purchased a Rapid Car Charger about 5 months ago and it was not working in my phone. Thinking my phone was damaged and not realizing it was my car charger, I obtained a new phone only to find the same thing was happening. We tried using the car charger with my wifes phone, no success. When we took it to the store the associate took the car charger, my brand new phone and tried it, sure enough, it didnt work. He tried it on his phone (no idea the type or age of his phone) but it worked. His solution, it was our phones and we should see about getting them fixed or better yet, buy new phones. When I explained my phone was 1 day old, he stated, well it could have a problem. At no time did he remotely think the car charger could have been an issue. I was ready to walk out when my wife asked to speak to a manager. When the manager came out, I explained the entire scenario to him and simply asked which is more plausible, a failing car charger or two phones, one of which is brand new. He didnt have a problem replacing the car charger (it was still under warranty). He asked the associate to get another one and the associate asked the manager to have someone else do it, he didnt like having to deal with rude people. The end result, the manager made the purchase right, but the customer service was lacking that day.

Pick another store. Theres plenty around. To make a story short, went to Verizon to order two phones, they promised that the one would get shipped out to my mom. Did it happen? No. It sat there for four days...no one noticed and apparently no one cared enough to check or follow up. Spent four hours on the phone with corporate last night. They couldnt even figure out what the store had done because they didnt put it in the computer. They called the manager on call last night. He was rude, had an altercation with one of the supervisors at corporate so they are filing a complaint against him. He was unpleasant to me, his customer. He could care less since it was 8:00 and he was closing the store. Management admitted fault and shipped the phone overnight today after I kept following up. Unbelievable is all I can say. It makes you wonder if they tell you just about anything to get commission. Do it online or go to another store. Corporate was great and helped me through everything and kept following up with the store again and again and the lady today even commented that the store did not act like they were very concerned to help me out. It has been a nightmare and never again will I go to this store.

My wife and I went in today to fix my cell phone and perhaps replace it. I got this sales rep named Rubin. Rude, rude, rude and disrespectful. He told him what was wrong with my cell phone and mentioned I probably needed to replace it and he never looked at my old phone from that point on. I asked him for assistance in moving my info from my old phone to the new and he said I can do it myself. I showed him my old jelly bean case and wanted a similar one and he took me over to a rack and said this is what we have. He never looked at my old cell case. He never really listened to what I was saying and then would not respond to my questions. His mission was to get my new cell phone and be done with it. When we left my wife told me she had been in the day before and got Rubin and she had experienced the same exact treatment. This was the 3rd new Samsung Galaxy S 4 we had bought in 1 week. The help and assistance at the Barrett Parkway store is incredible. Bought 2 there. We will always go there in the future. You might as well shut this one down in Woodstock or just fire Rubin. His type of behavior will drive business away.

Ive been in many Verizon stores managing my company account. Ive been very happy, or satisfied with all of them except this one. This one, is bad. Snarky attitudes are running the show in there. Second thing. If you have a finicky iphone, and the problem cant be recreated in the Verizon Store in five minutes, they tell you to pound sand. I honestly dont know if it is the employees being crappy, or Apple/Verizon telling their customers if you have a finicky phone too bad, "its your problem". Or a combination. Im not happy with any of these players. From the other review on here, it looks like Im confirming someone elses experience with the work staff at this store.

Long-time Verizon customer looking for a new phone. This place has the worst staff I have ever experienced. Michael was rude, unpleasant, and actually told us to buy a used phone to save money, acting like we didnt know what we were doing. We had researched all of the phones prior to walking in, and knew precisely what we wanted. He just let hundreds of dollars walk out the door! I cannot understand the logic of these uppity sales people at this location. Youre better off going to another Verizon store. THIS PLACE NEEDS A STAFF OVERHAUL! Look at these reviews!!

I went into this store today to get my phone activated and when I left my paper work there I called customer service and they connected with the store and the young lady had it and was going to put it in the mail if I didnt come back today. So far the customer service at this store was great but the franchise store on 92 and Maybry rd need to take lessons from this store . I went in to ask about prepaid and I felt like he didnt want to help he was very rude I am glad that the store I went into today was so helpful . Thank you Verizon

I love how patient my sales rep Mike was. he was very thorough and very efficient and he showed me how to transfer information from my old phone. While I was in the store another customer brought in a smashed Android phone and declined the insurance and it wasnt time for his upgrade because he signed a two-year contract.The customer was really upset and blamed Verizon that he broke his phone. Man up people..... take responsibility for your own actions.

Ruban was an absolute smart mouth! They dont want to help you, they just want your money. Every time I go in there for a charger or screen protector, no one wants to help. In fact I was there for a screen protector l, waited over an hour, finally stopped one of the managers, and he told me that they were about to close. I told him that they werent closed yet. He rolled his eyes and then made an associate help me.NEVER will I return to this store!

If you buy a phone here, savor your experience. Relish in how the staff attend to your every need; waiting with bated breath to answer your questions about the newest iPhones and Androids: because if you ever need service after commissions are paid, youre going to want to remember some redeeming quality of your dealings with them in order to keep your sanity. 2 stars. Convenient location but worth the drive to another.
