Absolutely do not shop at this location. As a former retail associate I have experience in customer satisfaction and this place does everything in their power to make your life more complicated. I have an disability that requires me to walk with a cane. I discussed purchasing a tablet that I had researched with phone capabilities that would allow me to make hands free calls. I made it very clear that I absolutely needed hands free since I already walk with a cane it is hard for me to access things from a bag or my pocket. I picked the device I researched and 2 others for family members. The associate at some point realized that they did not have the tablet I wanted in stock (which was phased out and no longer available due to its phone capabilities I imagine.) He brought out a different tablet and insisted that it was identical but with a smaller screen. My mother at this point asked him if it had phone capability and he assured her it did and that everything was identical except the size was just a bit smaller. He then crammed accessories down our throats and we were already so ready to go since the debacle over finding a replacement tablet had taken no short amount of time. We say no to everything and he comes back and offers us a discount to take some accessories and since it was a very good deal I agreed to take a few accessories that I was planning to purchase anyway. This is two and a half hours later on my one day off. I get home and there is no phone feature and the headset doesnt work with third party apps. Hello...the one thing I needed and it doesnt have it at all. I broke down at this point since this is the first nice thing I had done for myself since my injury. Then they give my husband and me hell and demand the restocking fee even though the associate was in err. Of course I refused and ended up spending another 2 hours in their store after my husband had already spent 2 hours in their store trying to get them to return it. I had to call the district manager because the store manager was ignoring my phone call (she answered when the assistant manager called). In all of the the assistant manager was very nice and took handling an upset customer like a champ. My husband sadly had dealt with the manager and she was not so great. So yeah you are better off just ordering off line and putting this horrible retail spot out of business. Even getting your phone at Target or Best Buy would have to be better than dealing with these commission crazy, failing in the face of customer service monsters.

RUDE, INCOMPETENT,RUDE STAFF. The manager, Adam Bennett is the role model for this band of incompetents. Walked in to see two customers at the counter and one being helped on the floor. Thats all. After 45 minutes, they were still there, but the place was filling up with about 10 more waiting. When I asked Adam about he wait, he was rude and defensive. Obviously this is the status quo here. After an hour, finally got help, only to be told that they didnt have the phone I told them I wanted when I first walked in. They could order it they offered. I mentioned that I would do that myself, thank you, I dont have enough time for one of them to hunt and peck an order. I will never enter that place again.

The tech was so condescending to me here. I wanted a SIM card for my iPad, my old one was outdated. He insisted that I couldnt have one unless I signed up for service right there, I said you are wrong. Ive been given a SIM before, and went home to choose which plan I wanted at my leisure. He absolutely refused to even accept anything but what came forth from his mouth. That very night I ordered a SIM on eBay, although I had to pay $4.00. $3.99 for shipping and $.01 for the SIM. He was so awful, Ill never go back to this Verizon store. In fact, my contract is up in October. Sprint and/or T-Mobile are looking better and better..

This is by far the rudest Verizon store Ive ever walked into. They treat you like youre an idiot and try to sell you items youve repeatedly said you did not want. I have a Note 7 and wanted an IPhone 7 Plus. They kept trying to sell me other Samsung products and they got even ruder when I declined. I told them their customer service sucked and said I shouldve just went to "my" store to begin with, the Fairburn store. Id suggest driving to Fairburn if youre looking for great customer service. Its on 74/Senioa Rd right next to the new DQ.

They only want to make a sale. If youre not buying phones they arent helping. I said to them that I was looking at a particular phone and plan to help save money and the guy bascilly laughed and said their was nothing he was going to do.I Sai ok and walked away. Then he decided to help, so I usually go to best buy for any of my phone needs. Also If it werent for their service I would leave. I cant belive a company would have stores with such rude and hateful people.

If you want a major headache this is where to go . They wont honor corperate agreements . They will do everything they can to cheat you. Dishonest as a used car salesman. there will also be a long wait and 5 employees standing talking to each other . STAY AWAY DRIVE TO ANOTHER LOCATION !!!!!!

The people were nice, but when they shipped my phone to the wrong address they said there is nothing they could do but wait until it returns to them. No accountability for their wrongs. And now I have to wait weeks to get the phone I paid for.

Check your bill every month. They always sneak mysterious charges in there. You may have to go see them face to face to straighten it out too. Unfortunately Verizon is the best mobile service in Peachtree City area (imho)
