After being a long-time AT&T Customer I was in the market for a new provider and new phones. I ventured into this location primarily because of their BOGO free offer for the Samsung Galaxy S7. I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences Ive had with a customer service rep. When I walked in I was immediately greeted at the door by Charadi who patiently listened as I explained what I was looking for and what Id like my monthly bill to look like. She was able to take that and provide me with several options that met my price point. One of the main reasons why I like this location was the patience exhibited by the service rep, as in most interactions Ive had in the past they tend to rush you to keep wait times short for other customers. In this situation, I was able to take my time to make a decision. I truly enjoyed my buying experience here and Id highly recommend this location. Keep up the great work!!

Went into the store today to switch over to a new phone. Sheldon was an excellent sales executive, in addition to being courteous and professional, was also very personable and incredibly helpful in choosing a new phone for an awesome deal. The process was 100% painless and even quite enjoyable as we bantered with the rest of the staff. Raegan, the store manager was also very friendly and personally ensured that I was completely satisfied with my experience. Overall, great location, fully stocked with the best new products, and a very professional and friendly staff. Would recommend for any current verizon customers or anyone considering a switch.

Excellent customer service! Walked into this Cellular Sales Authorized Retailer and walked out a customer forever! What an experience with knowledgeable, professional, well dressed sales professionals. No pressure no nonsense process to find the right phone in the right price point. Ask about the bundle deals to see if you qualify..I DID! Every time I have visited a corporate store I feel as if Im not there to buy I am dismissed. Will not buy at corporate again. Lindon at this location went far & beyond to assist me with thing I was told at other locations could not be done. I was able to have my text messages transferred to my new phone & so much more he did. Lindon was patient & informative; providing an exceptional professional attitude. Sells expensive cases that are poor quality and fall apart after a month or so. Spent $35 on a Pure.gear case for my Note Edge. Lasted just under 2 months (in a office environment) prior the edges splitting where the manufacturer had seems. Could not get a refund or exchange on $35 dollar piece of plastic that probably cost pennies to make. You wont see me again.

Luis and the rest of the team were amazing! He described our plan clearly and even helped us pick out the right accessories. The store didnt have the phone my husband wanted and he went out of the way to find the phone and get it programmed while my husband was in route to pick it up. So glad we switched to Verizon!

Worst customer service experience ever. Simply trying to return phone before buyers remorse period ended so that I could go to a corporate store. Pam was sure to make me feel like I was inconveniencing her. She did not want to return the phone or give me a receipt. Thankfully there was another employee there.

I went to the lithia springs store and they were so welcoming and had no problem helping me with my needs. I wouldnt choose any other store to go to but this one. The people are so nice there and do what they can to fix whatever you need. I recommend this store to anyone and ask for luis!!! He is the best

Simply wanted to return my device to open my account with a corporate store. I was within my "worry-free" period. However, I felt as if I was defending myself in court the way they treated me. As if I was stealing. That said, they did process my request in a reasonable amount of time.
