In all the year of going to Gamestop, this has to be the worst one Ive ever been in. Ive been in the area for the last few months aynd unfortunately, this is the closest GS to me. In the 6 times Ive been there, Im always greeted and offered assistance, but in the times Ive said yes, the staff just wanders off to do something else. Theyve had products behind the counter and when Ive asked to purchase them, Ive been told that they are on hold for employees that are not there. Two weeks ago I asked about PSVR and either the Manager or the District Manager, rudely said "No!" and acted as if I wasnt asked for his first born. The staff never seems to know the current deals going on and are INCREDIBLY pushy about BS warranties and memberships. I wouldnt be surprised if they were still adding warranties to games that parents are buying without their knowledge. (A bad problem from a few years ago). PLZ fire them all.

Called at 6:30 PM (30 minutes before closing), no answer. Showed up at 6:40 PM the same night, closed early. Called on Wednesday at 5:00 PM, someone answered on the second try, put on hold for 10+ minutes. Hang up and called back ~30 min later, someone answers again on the second try, put on hold for over ten minutes again. Hang up, call Best Buy (across the street), get an answer, in and out in five minutes.

First off I bought dragon age inquisition , so I drove home just to find out the retard employee forgot to give me the disc. So then I tried to call but no one picked up, pretty much the requirements to work their are to be a lazy duch bag who is too retarded to work any were else

Very disappointing, came in close to closing and was told by the person there that they did not know how to do what I came in for, was told to try tomorrow.. Spoke to another location and was told that the person was being lazy.. Will not be returning to this location

Im only giving them 1 star the staff is rude they and try to give you the run around when trading stuff in oh I can take that game it has a finger print on it which is bs because I just watched him make that print with his greasy hands thus place is a joke

This is the best Game Stop I have been in. The employees will bend over backwards to help you. I can always depend on this store for a great experience.
