I feel ripped off, lied to and treated without any common courtesy. Went in to switch from AT&T after they said they could run a better price for me and a friend. They gave us a rate for data written right on a piece of paper that was better than my current rate. Later I was billed more, they said the data plan I was talking about didnt exist and I would have to bump up to this number. Great, now paying more. Also I would have to trade in my old phones but it was okay because they would do a buyout of one phone and they had a buy one get one free deal on phones with rebate. Its a big joke. They will string you along through 5 or more times telling you to resend information and take pictures and mail in and this and that. Its just to get you to give up. And then they finally dont give you or give you way less. After they said they would buy out my phone they have ended up giving me $250 less than they said they would, also $100 less than I had already sold it for on eBay. Every item in the store is 3 times higher price than you can find elsewhere for same item. They want to stick you with biggest bundle. No doubt so many people just get taken advantage of and ripped off. Also every phone call they dont ask how you are today or have any politeness, they dont even say goodbye they just ask is that all? "I think so" CLICK. Verizon has shown me again and again that they will say anything to you and outright lie to get you in the door. They dont care about you as an individual at all. So now Im paying more, Im out some $250 I had to pay on my old phone for Verizon to give me a ripoff amount and they set me up with two brand new phones I have to pay off to them at full price and that Buy One Get One deal has never in came in. So lets see, $250 gone, higher priced bill and $1200+ worth of phones when I already had phones that worked fine. GREAT EXPERIENCE. I wish I was back at AT&T where they treat you with respect and dont lie to you.

I went in on black Friday to switch from ATT, as a customer since 2001 to Verizon. I can under stand the store was busy and even didnt mind the 30 min wait to talk to someone. I ended up with Jeremy Wilson who I told just wanted a S6 and to switch over, He kept bring up this tablet they had on sale and that if I didnt get it next day it would be $300. for only 50 and I was told that was the only cost. I really didnt want the tablet and was told I could return it in 14 days over and over. At the end when he was changing over the phone numbers from my old to new I heard another sales guy tell someone if they didnt like their phone then they could bring it back in 14 days and pay $35 restocking fee. I asked Jeremy if that was the case with the tablet and he said no that just bring it back to him at the store, I told him again I was from out of town and he said he would take care of it. I tried to bring it to my local store was told not only $35 but 40 activate fee, I call the Florence store 10 times over 3 days and no one would answer. I called Verizon and they took off the 40 but even they couldnt get ahold of the store. I got ahold of the store two different times and was told that he was working and he would call me right back. this has never happened. felt lied too and if you want to reach this store by phone they never answer letting it go to corporate.

Been with verizon for almost 3 years! Kim is the person we always talk to! We have always have had excellent service!! Kim went out of her way to help my husband who has weak arms due to Muscular Dystrophy. He couldnt find a lightweight phone and had returned numerous phones even after the trial date she talked to the other manager and they bought the phone he was making payments on! Kim then set him up with the Galaxy S6 edge! This verizon store is great and professional depending on who you get, advice for those who complain, ask exactly every part of what you will be charged and get it in writing, such as your contact and take the time to make sure everything is correct before walking out of the store and if you get a rep that you will not understand or like dont hesitate to ask for a new one.

I went in to get a battery for my 2 year old phone instead of diagnosing the problem Mathew went into hard sell mode and claimed the screen was broken when I said I didnt appreciate his attitude he started screaming that it was my attitude that was the problem. Well my attitude after that was one of disgust. . Ive used Verizon for years and have been quite happy with both their service and coverage but I am sorely tempted to try another carrier after this experience. When I called to speak to a manager and complain I was told by the manager (a Lars Oliver)I was looking for a free Droid and that is why he was shouting at a customer. When I pointed out that this was a lie Lars became irate.

My phone died and I needed a new one. The service was quick, the people were nice. I went to the "main store" because I had just been to a smaller branch. The small branch didnt have replacement phones (under phone warranty) but thought this store might. The small store, Tower Wireless in Ft. Mitchell, was going to have my phone overnighted so I would have it quickly. The Mall Rd store had it sent economy so it wouldnt come for 2 days. I dont have a home phone so Im without any type of phone at all for an extra day because they thought I was just good enough for "economy" service. I stick to my little store with better service.

Went in to get a sim card for a new pixel and to have them activate the phone... the man who was helping me told me my phone wasnt compatible with Verizon because he couldnt get the sim to activate. Mind you, the pixel, when ordered from the google store (which is what I did), is unlocked and is in fact compatible with Verizon. He was also quit rude when he insinuated that I didnt understand why my old sim card wouldnt work in the pixel (I do). Long story short, I left the store furious at his incompetence and rudeness and was able to activate the phone myself online with absolutely no issue whatsoever.

This is the second time in two years I have had issues with this Verizon store. They switched me to a new plan, but when my bill came a few weeks later, nothing had been changed. In fact he added the $9.99 iPhone insurance for all three phones when I specifically declined it...$30/month extra. We talked and agreed on a new plan and all the details, but when it came down to it, he did nothing new except add features that I did not want. I cant say whether the problems I have experienced were due to dishonesty or incompetence. Regardless, I wont be returning to the store for help.
