If you want an UNDISPUTEDLY honest review, read this...DO NOT purchase a vehicle from this dealer. As other reviewers have noted, the actual car buying experience was quite pleasant and easy to navigate, so Ill give them that. This review is based on what happened AFTER I purchased the vehicle (2004 Cadillac CTS - 84K miles). Of course they assured me multiple times that their vehicles were "mechanically sound" and serviced by their top-notch ASE certified mechanics. Let me note that I do recognize the inherent "repair" risk (within reason) in purchasing an older model vehicle that has had some miles put on it. Any dealer that puts a such a strong emphasis on their 3rd party warranty service (which they did initially prior to purchase and even had the gall to bring up when i called 2 days ago about needing a new engine). It didnt make financial sense at the time to add the warranty for another $2,500 given the vehicles age/price but (I sure wish I had now!!). Ive put 6,000 miles on the vehicle since purchase....READ THAT AGAIN.... ONLY 6,000 miles. So now for the issues: 3-weeks after purchase (check engine light) - Thermostat Failure Undisputed Response - Repair Quote: $700 ASE Mechanic - Fixed P&L $400 2-months after purchase - Head lights smoky - Needed restoration for visibility P&L = $100 3-months after purchase - Tail lights out P&L - $100 6-months after purchase (check engine light) - Transmission Fluid Leak Unidsputed Response: Did not contact ASE Mechanic - Fixed P&L $300 9-months after purchase - Front Lower Control Arm & Sway Bar Link in need of repair (car suspension is grinding) Undisputed Response: Did not contact ASE mechanic - Car is driveable but would recommend replacing soon -Quote - P&L $1,800 11-months after purchase - Broken Flywheel (in addition to the MAJOR issue below) 2 different ASE Mechanics - Quote: P&L $600 11-months after purchase - Multiple cylinder misfires - car is undriveable 2 different ASE Mechanics - Same Recommendation - REPLACE/RE-BUILD MOTOR!!!! - Between $4,000 - $6,000 Undisputed Response: Well there are multiple reasons cylinders can lose compression (blah blah blah) we can take a look if you want, but basically... sorry bro (exact words).... Again mentioning the warranty or contacting my lender to see if there were warranties I could purchase through them (now mind you - you cant buy a warranty for an issue that has already occurred), stating that they could not authorize any funds be put towards repair cost since its been almost a year since purchase (of course overlooking the fact that its been driven only 6,000 miles). Also kept bringing up the "as is" legal ease written in to the purchase paperwork. They are in the business to make money, I get it, but if their "customer service" approach on the pile of junk they sold me is grounded in WARRANTIES & LEGAL EASE..(my experience) I personally think that should tell you just about all you need to know. I would advise YOU to STEER CLEAR (both figuratively and literally) of Undisputed Auto.

This is a review of my expiriece, not the vehicle I purchased. I found Undisputed Auto on Craigslist while looking for a specific car. I called to make sure they still had it and advised that I would come in to a test drive and possibly to buy the same day, check in hand. I live about an hour away in Maryland so I asked that the vehicle be ready because my time is limited ( I have a young son in school so I cant be away for too long). They had at least 3 hours to prep the vehicle before I made it there. I was assured that the vehicle would be there and ready to test drive. I even called twice, the second time just to give a heads up that I was in route. When I arrived the vehicle wasnt on site. I was told that it was being cleaned and gassed up 30 minutes away at the storage lot. I waited an hour in the office before the car arrived. When it arrived it was still dirty and not gassed up. Nevertheless I needed a car and everything else checked out so we signed papers and I drove away. The price we paid and papers signed agree that Undisputed Auto would take care of tax tags and title. I got the car inspected in Maryland and sent the inspection certificate by certified mail to them to process my tags. Two weeks later I still hand not received my tags and the temporary tags were near the expiration date so I called them to find out whats going on. I was advised that they were unable to process the tags because I did not pay taxes on the vehicle in the contract which they created. So they asked me to cough up $700+ to cover their error. To summerize, they wasted my time, they botched the original contract, failed to contact me to advise of the issue, waited for me to reach out to them and then presented the issue. At this point I decided that I would rather handle this myself because the lack of attention to detail they displayed lead me to believe that they would mess this up as well. I ended up spending so much time calling them and having to track them down and blocking my caller ID so they would pick up the phone that it seemed like a job. Unfortunately now on top of everything else I am paying interest on financing charges for fees they assigned and did not complete (processing fees). Though they did not take responsibility for their error or take any steps to ressolve the issue, I will say that everyone I have dealt with has been polite. In the future I would urge them to PAY ATTENTION TO DETAILS, be more responsive to their clients and to be proactive in resolving issues.

STAY AWAY from this shady dealership. They lie and steal. Just as I figured...I had a bad review up on this dealership and after several correspondence between myself, Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission for this dealership and Juan Velasquez (the salesman) took our deposit of $200.00 then completely ignoring us or giving us the run around pending financing. After several attempts of trying to reach out to Juan and his superiors with no luck. Then the owner calls us to say he will give us our $200 deposit back if i took my bad review down on Google and we will have it in less than a week. That was over a week ago. So now its going back up. I hope whoever is looking at this dealership and decides to do their homework will see this review and not do business with these guys. They are shady and are just there to take ur money! They are thieves ands liars! They should be put out of business. I will not stop until something is done about this. I hope no one else gets the terrible treatment we received at this place.

What can I say about these guys, theyre the absolute best! Ive been going to undisputed for the last 5yrs and they never fail to go above and beyond to ensure my vehicle has been properly serviced. The service manager Jeff always keeps me informed of everything thats effecting my vehicles performance and any suggestions for service. Undisputed is probably the only shop Ive ever been to that literally stands by their work with a 1yr warranty on all services. Need a car? Look no further! Instead of searching all over the tri-state and struggling to find a good deal, take a chance and trust these guys to find a quality car that fits your budget and what youre looking for. When my previous car died Mario and Harnee helped me search the area for exactly the car I was looking for and got it. The guys at undisputed go the extra mile to ensure absolutely satisfactory work and in my 5yrs as I client I have never failed to refer them to anyone that needs work done. Undisputed is truly a cut above the rest!
