Was a pleasure working with Jim and his staff through my engagement ring search, including showing me beautiful diamonds within different quality/price levels around my budget. Way more than fair pricing for a retail store front, where you can actually see what you get, as opposed to online buying/"guessing". Trust me, I spent weeks analyzing the online thing! Obviously, we got our wedding bands here with the same service and satisfaction, and plan to go here for any future jewelry purchases.

I went into James Wolf Jewelers to have the watch we purchased for my son for his birthday adjusted for length. The gentleman who waited on me promptly removed two links from the watch band, set the date and time, and polished the fingerprints off the band all while I waited. I went into my purse for payment and he said, "Tell your son happy birthday, compliments of James Wolf Jewelers." I said we will definitely be back. Excellent, professional Service!
