I....lost.....my.....wedding ring set. $8,500 down the drain because I threw it away on vacation. (In my defense, my entire family had the flu including myself so I was caring for 3 sick children while trying not to die myself) The situation was made worse when I found out my ring wasnt covered under my homeowners insurance. Merideth was a LIFESAVER. She was so patient with me. I visited the location at least 10 times, trying to find the perfect center stone the perfect band and I just couldnt seem to find one that felt the same as my original set that we purchased at Shane Co. Merideth was beautiful! She didnt give up. I found the perfect ring and I can say I will NEVER shop at Shane Co again. They had the opportunity to earn our business, and werent interested even though weve purchased all of our jewelry there since before our wedding. If youre looking for someone who will stick with you, and not call you crazy when they show you exactly what you ask for and you say "nope, thats not it"....Merideth is your gal!

I began my search for an engagement ring months ago. I was worried I would not be able to find a jeweler to put together a customized unique ring in GA. I walked into D Gellar and Lauren was AMAZING. From day 1 I was excited. I did not plan to pay anything the first day but I am so happy I did. The entire staff at the Roswell location was super friendly and down to earth and I felt so good being there. I now have a fiance thanks to getting such a beautiful customized ring. It feels good to know now I have a place that I will come to when I was jewelry of any kind. I came back recently and bought another ring. I plan to do more of my business here as well as letting people know where my fiance got such a gorgeous engagement ring. Thanks to the ladies and gents for being so awesome to me and my fiance. We always feel special when we come by for a visit.

I have never done business with a company that is more unethical. I literally handed them my credit card and then told them I changed my mind and would like to wait. I had immediate buyers remorse because I felt something was not right. They refused to hand it back to me. They had not even rung up my purchase. I was stuck with a credit in a store I did not want. Jewelry is an emotional item, I did not want any reminders of this horrible experience. I have a credit in a store I disdain.

Meredith is AWESOME!!!! I was a nervous wreck when I came to the store looking to purchase an engagement ring. She made the experience great. She had great advice and suggestions. That coupled with the likes and dislikes of my fiance, we found the perfect ring option. Meredith was there from engagement through picking out the wedding bands. MEREDITH is truly an ANGEL! She rescued me in a time of need and quickly! I literally had a couple hours to replace my husbands wedding band before he came home from work after accidentally having it go down the drain. This was awful and I was freaking out! I meant to take it for the day to be engraved as a surprise, instead it was swimming with the fishies.
