I have been to this jeweler several times now for the past year and a half and Ive got nothing but good things to say about this business. The first time I went in, I was looking at having a wedding bad modified to include more diamonds and the second time I had a ring custom made with old gold and loose diamonds. Each time they delivered and Im more than pleased. I love that the work is all done in the back of house and they dont ship out your precious metals and stones to another location to get work done. The second time I came in was around the beginning of February and they were so quick to make my new ring, a little over a week and ready right before vday. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable and I will be going to them exclusively from now on. Thank you thank you thank you!

I have worked with Vince and Renai at Ft. Thomas Jewelers for over 11 years. They are two of the most genuine and fair people I have ever met. The fact that they design beautiful jewelry is just a plus! Most recently, Vince designed custom wedding bands for me and my fiancé. The bands are simply gorgeous and even better than what I had envisioned! Vince has a way of taking an idea and making it a reality that exceeds your expectations. Everyone at Ft. Thomas Jewelers genuinely cares about making people happy and it shows! I never feel rushed and they are happy to explore my ideas and work with me to find the perfect solution! After reading the great reviews I decided the first place I wanted to try was Ft. Thomas Jewelers. I am so happy with that decision. I worked with Bilinda! If youre looking for an engagement ring and want someone who is as excited about finding the perfect one as you are, see Bilinda! She is genuine and knows her stuff. She ordered in five or so diamonds for me to compare (arrived the NEXT day!)... With her help I found one I just love while staying completely in our budget! She even hugged me when everything was set. She made a nervous experience so great. There needs to be more Bilindas in the world! Thank you again and I cant wait to pick up the ring!

BEWARE!!! I had my BRAND NEW ring resized at Fort Thomas Jewelers, unfortunately when I received it back I did not thoroughly examine it until I got home. Two of the prongs were bent, the diamond was not placed back in the setting correctly and it is now lop-sided. I am taking it to a REPUTABLE, TRUSTWORTHY jeweler (like I should have done originally) to try and have it reset. If you need a jeweler in Northern Kentucky, TRUST ME- go to Motch, Marshall Granger, or Cleeves & Lonnemann. After the service I have received, I have to wonder if the other reviews on here are legitimate or from family members, owners, or employees of Fort Thomas Jewelers.

Fort Thomas Jewelers is perfect. They really care about what is important: your happiness and satisfaction. There is nothing they cant do! literally, from repairs to retail all the way to custom designs they have it all. Their biggest thing is repairs while you wait, because who wants to leave their jewelry for 2 weeks? No one. FTJ cares about what YOU want, and is a very low pressure environment. Every person on their staff will work with you to get you exactly what you want, on any budget. Dont just take my word on it though, try them out for yourself. Fort Thomas Jewelers should be your jeweler for every occasion.

Received an engagement ring that was a little too big. After researching shops that do on site resizing, I found myself here! I got the ring resized in 20 minutes (the tech kept bringing it to me to see if it fit)... I thought it was great, a little snug but I left with it. After two weeks I couldnt take how snug it was and went back. I expected to pay full price considering it was my fault I left with too small of a ring, however they resized AGAIN and charged me about 1/3 of the price! Not to mention, my ring was not purchased here. Great customer service. I will return and reccommend!

Just wanted to take the time to recognize a GREAT store with OUTSTANDING customer service. Its not every day you go shopping for a wedding ring and its certainly a little nerve racking. But when I went to FT THOMAS JEWELERS, I was helped right away...by 3 people at once. Taught me more about diamonds than I ever knew and helped me make the best decision s and got me a great deal. Everyone at Fort Thomas Jewelers was amazing and very friendly and helpful when my husband and I were purchasing our wedding bands and also when my husband purchased my engagement ring! My fiance purchased my engagement ring at For Thomas Jewelers. First and foremost, my ring is the most beautiful ring I have ever seen. It is more beautiful than I ever imagined. Secondly, I had to get my ring resized and have my prongs tightened and they did a wonderful job. Fort Thomas Jewelers staff were very helpful and very kind. These guys are great! I bought my wife an anniversary ring and I did not know her size.They were able to size the ring for her and she did not have to wait for it. Yes thats right they sized it while she stood there. She took a chain and bracelet to them to have repaired and again they we able to do for us while we waited.Their prices seem to be very competitive for the level of service.You really need to vist this place to belive it.
