THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I dropped a necklace off on a Wednesday to get engraved with 4 letters by Saturday. I had to keep calling to check up on the necklace and on Friday they told me it would not be done till Sunday. I told them I had to have it done for Saturday because it was a necklace for my 5 year anniversary. When I went to pick up the necklace they had engraved the wrong side. They said they could fix it so they scrapped it off but you can still see it on the front. Then they made me drive 15 minutes to Northlake mall to get it engraved again and the kicker is they still charged me...they took a whole 15% off the price since it was an inconvenience. But they RUINED my anniversary present to my fiance and still made me pay for it!!! This is the worst place I have ever ever ever been to in my entire life.

I have been taking my lower end watches to the store for years because it is near my house. They usually perform a decent job although the prices are high. Recently I asked to have a battery replaced on my watch . 10 minutes after leaving the store I noticed the watch was not working. I returned to the store and they would not refund the cost of the battery. $32. My experience with jewelers is that they will test the movement before replacing the watch and ensure the watch is working before returning to the customer. I cannot recommend this store because I feel this is very poor customer service. However, I should have confirmed the watch was working before I left the store.

Went to this location to replace a battery on my skagen watch expecting it to last a couple to few years minimum, I was wrong. Less than a year, it died. After calling to see if they have me on file, they said I wasnt. I stopped in the mall, asked in person, and the guy said they have a new system and wouldnt be able to find my name if it was prior than September. What do you know, viola my name suddenly appears? Use genuine German premium parts? What a scam! Would never refer anyone here. Do you selves a favor and go across the way. Specialist and great customer service!

I brought in with 2 watches for repair. One needed a battery replacement. The other needed the dailmarker repaired. After picking my watches up. I noticed the watch needing the dailmarker repaired wasnt keeping time. I returned the watch a few minutes later. There was some discrepancy and i was unhappy. But in the end Jacob resolved the problem and repaired my watch at no cost. I left a very happy customer and fast fix at perimeter mall will continue to get my business and the business of my friends.

Everything I have taken into Fastfix has been nicely repaired. Had my rolex watch serviced/cleaned, jewelry repaired and rings sized. I think they do a great job and love the idea of dropping most things off and picking them up the same day ( watch repair takes longer unless it is only a battery needed ). The staff is always friendly and ready to help. I would gladly return to this particular store and tell my friends.

If I could give zero stars I would, Ive had bad experiences at other Fast Fix locations, but since they are independently owned, like a fool, I thought i would give this one a chance. They destroyed the item I brought in for a pretty routine service. It will now cost me hundreds to repair the damage they caused. If you dont care what happens to your watches and jewelry then by all means take it here, otherwise, be warned!

I had a problem with the clasp on my Movado watch. Before heading here I went to several other stores that offered in-house repair. Every other place said they had no idea what was wrong and that I had to send it away for repair. They fixed the problem within 30 minutes. I dont know how much time and $$$ they saved me. Ill be back for any other repairs I need done.

A smart place to get your broken smartphone screen replaced! Everyone seems to be offering that service these days, but not everyone should be. I learned the hard way elsewhere, but the good folks at the Perimeter Fast Fix got me back to factory specs without paying the inflated cell provider or mall kiosk demands. Well done! I’ll be back for Jewelry repair next.

absolutely horrible ... i went to have me frame fixed and they could not do so so they decided to cut my Versace lens without notifying me . I was told my replacement lens were being shipped from Italy ... its been 3 months and my lenses have yet to be replaced and whenever i call the store manager seems to never knows when the store owner will be in...

The owner obercharges for everything and gives a bs spill on how batteries only last x amount of time to warrant his outrageous prices. A battery for a watch should not cost 60 bucks. The place is a total scam and the jewelry repair is sub par as well. My mom brought on a watch a while ago and they all but destroyed it.

I took my casio pathfinder watch to have batery changed, they didnt close it right, water went in and damaged 2 sensors, they took no responsability trying to charge me in order to replace them. I had mt wifes ring cleaned there and they lost a diamond, put one back in and it still wasnt sitting in the ring correctly. When we brought it to their attention, they gave me their asses to kiss. I will never spend another dime there and i dont recommend this place to anyone

Lance was very helpful and polite. He put three batteries in three different name brand watches. I left my watches and continue to shop at perimeter mall. After about 45 minutes later pick up my watches. Lance also cleaned my rings for free. Great job Lance. I will be back.

I stopped in here to have a new buckle put on my Fitbit band (the old one had come off when playing with my dogs). The folks at Fast-Fix replaced it with a shiny new buckle within a minute or two while I waited. Id definitely come back here again for a repair!

I had a charm bracelet resized here. The job performace was horrible! It looked like a child sodered it together.
