Over seven years ago, my fiancé (now husband) were medical students looking for an engagement ring. We went to dozens of stores who looked at us (we were students) and dismissed us. While we were on our way to another jewelry store we got lost and found Master Jewelers. We walked in and met Ray who took the time to get to know us as a couple and allowed us to wander about his works uninterrupted. We found a delightful selection of original diamond rings. I couldnt decide which to try and Ray, without being a salesman, selected a few for us. My (now) husband picked one out and placed it on my finger and we knew it was the one. I was hesitant because we were on a budget but Ray insisted on helping out a young couple and we purchased the ring exactly in our price range. This place is our jeweler of choice. He helped us start our life together and we will always return to him for all our jewelry needs. Master Jeweler is not just the name of the store; it is a title of man who creates pieces to adorn the beautiful moments in life.

We are the customers of Master Jewelers at North Point Mall for several years now and always had a superb service. Buying new, cleaning, repairing, getting appraisals or just a professional advice was always a pleasure. The two brothers running the place are always very friendly and helpful, providing the best service at very reasonable price. The reason for this review was my last experience wich was outstanding. I needed a piece for a very special occasion and I was short of time. Master Jewelers did everything they could to help without even a hint of pressure to sell. They brought the stone on their own dime without a firm commitment from me to buy it. When I had to change the appointment to come and see several times, I never heard a complaint, warning that it will be too late etc. Finally I made it to the store today in the morning to look at the stone and once decided, had the piece complete in few hours on priority and without any surcharge. Excellent service! Thank you, gentlemen!

We absolutely love Ray and Rafi at Master Jewelers. We initially met them when we stopped in while walking through the mall. My wife and I were looking at new settings for her engagement ring. When we came in that first time, my wife found a setting that she really liked, but we werent ready to buy it that day. Ray and Rafi were extremely helpful and patient, answering all of our questions without any pressure to buy. A few months later we came back in the store, and Ray had just made a brand new setting that my wife fell in love with - it was as if he had made it for her center stone alone. Ray set the stone that day, and my wife has been receiving constant compliments ever since. Weve purchased another beautiful cocktail ring from Master Jewelers that also garners many compliments, and we bring Ray and Rafi all of our repairs. We trust them implicitly, and they are now our family jewelers... my mother-in-law and my wifes aunt now use them as well. We cant recommend them enough!!!

I have been a customer of master jewlers for 20 years. Once I found these guys I new I had found the best in town . Ray is a true artist. He doesnt just make things to sell he makes every piece with heart . He puts the best quality into all his work. I have spent thousands with these guys. Let me tell you. It would have cost me triple somewhere else. I cant leave out Raffi this guy welcomes you into the store and right away treats you like family. He will spend as much time as you need deciding on what best suits your needs and your budget. Even if you dont buy anything at that time. Trust me you can try to compare but you wont even come close. Once you buy from them you will buy from them for life just like I have. I recommend everyone I know that is looking for jewelry to check these guys out. They are truly the best and I will be buying from them for life.

I am so glad to have found these wonderful jewelers! I purchased a new setting for my wedding set and it is truly a one of a kind and beautiful. I love going in to see what they have in the showcase and of course while I am there I love having my ring cleaned and enjoying that fresh sparkle. Since this first experience was so wonderful I have used them for sizing of two other rings, replacing of a broken stone in a ring purchased on vacation, and repair of a bracelet. My daughter and her finance purchased their wedding sets through Masters and the rings are just wonderful. One of a kind attention and always looking to make sure that quality is above expectations. Once you make the decision to use them I believe that you will be as hooked as I am on their services.

The jewelers at this store have mastered their craft. They create the jewelry in-house and their work is top-notch. Their selection is outstanding; each piece is just what it should be, and they can acquire whatever is needed to make you exactly what you are looking for. They guarantee all their work and settings without any "insurance" up-sell. I must emphasize that these guys have outstanding taste. I love these jewelers. Very pleased with the quality and selection of jewelry to choose from. Prices are very fair. I did the normal looking around at other jewelers to see whats out there and havent found the same quality of diamonds yet. The team that runs the store are easy to work with and give zero pressure. Always found what were looking for, not what they thought we should purchase. Would definitely recommend to our friends and family.
