Today was my very first time of entering the store, in Richardson, Texas. I looked around for a little while and came upon a few items that I had been looking for. I paid for them and left the store. Upon having the items loaded in my car by the attendant that works in the store, I was accused of stealing, by the man claiming he was the manager. I showed him my receipt and he very rudely threw something at me and hollered to never return. I am shocked at the manner of business etiquette or the lack of shown to a new customer. I will NOT be returning.

A big selection of used office/commercial furniture, thats the up-side. The down-side is how expensive the items are, such as a run-of-the-mill metal stationary chair (not the fold style, but like in waiting rooms), $150. Worth about $20 in near-mint used elsewhere. Just not feeling the used price love here. The benefit is for the business, not the customer. :(

Ive lived near this place for 20 years and have never been inside until recently. I was blown away by the selection. Its not the most lush shopping experience, and can be a bit claustrophobic in parts of the store, but for a huge selection and some decent prices...I highly recommend.

Huge store with a massive selection of used office furniture. The staff was friendly, helpful, but not overbearing. They have tons of desks, filling cabinets, and chairs with very fair prices.

Great place to find old style manila filing cabinets to fit with your Get It Done approach to a reference filing system. Great prices too.
