Was not able to pay my furniture off by the set date. I understand not giving a store credit but not refunding the money someone already paid is a little unreasonable. I would have even been okay with an extra charge but nothing at all plus they charge $60 to deliver less than a mile from the store. Major disappointment!

Not much available in store to look at. Not very professional business. They were unable to give us a total amount with taxes. Couldnt been handled differently. We waited like 30 mins for them to load our merchandise and my husband had to get off and get the merchandise himself.

We purchased a beautiful princess bedroom set for our daughter and she absolutely loves it. Not only the manager, but the staff have great customer service. This is the second time we have made a purchase here and definitely will be coming back.

Half the store is air conditioning! The other half thats not I guess is part of the warehouse. Has a decent selection for the space but expect a Havertys. Prices are average to low. Staff is energetic and friendly. I will go back!
