Delivered china cabinet for sale. Did not sell in six weeks but cabinet was obviously damaged by store employees. Three days after we delivered the cabinet we stopped to see it on display. An important cosmetic feature was not on the cabinet and the store person said they thought it would show better without it. Seemed strange because it was a very nice decorative part that was on top secured by two screws. After six weeks we went to pick up and when we asked where the top was the employee said " oh we already placed it in your truck with the shelves". When we got the cabinet home and reassembled it we noticed the crown was obviously broken and we were not made aware of that. Not really a big deal except it shows an obvious attempt to deceive us. We would not have been upset about it and should have been notified. I believe this shows poor character in the Management.

Horrible experience! They sold my $500 paintings for $29. Yes, not $299 as agreed, $29! So I made $14.50 off of a $500 painting. Do not waste your time having these morons pick up your furniture. They will break your furniture, scratch up your floors (nice big gouges in your hardwoods), price items incorrectly, etc. Just a total waste of your time. I would have been better off on Craigslist or giving it away and taking a tax writeoff. However, Im sure you can find good deals if you are a buyer, since they rip off the sellers. Total incompetence!

This is a great way to save alittle money and have quality goods. I like to switch things up a lot and they make it possible! Sometimes its furniture, sometimes its pictures or a table but they always have it at a great price. The sales crew make shopping easy because they are so friendly and helpful.
