RUUUUUNNNN!!!!! Because once you buy from them they will treat you horrible afterwards. If you go to the into the store after you get your merchandise they WILL NOT TALK TO YOU. THEY WILL TELL YOU TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE WITHOUT HEARING YOUR CONCERN! I bought furniture when they delivered it the chaise had holes and I could see the wood on the sofa. So they came out and fixed it. After smelling a mildew smell I called them back about the smell. They told me I could come back out there and exchange it for something of equal value. I asked them if they could deliver it since I originally paid for delivery they told me no they couldnt do that, thats not a part of the agreement. I get out there and they tell me they will not include taxes or the delivery in my credit. The credit was for $150 less than I paid. WTH!!! So now you are telling me I got a couch that smelled bad and now you are taking my money. And then they charged me taxes for the new couch. THIS WAS THE WORSE FURNITURE DEAL! My friend referred me and I regret listening to her. I had a set picked out at Ashley with the sale and everything I should have just went back..

Awesome experience! As soon as I walked in I was helped. Found items online was able to find out if they were available which they were. Process wasnt super fast but nowhere near slow. Approval was quick and easy and I didnt spend all my coins lols! And my delivery is already on the way!!!!!
