In regards to all those negative messages that have been sent in and to whomsoever put a bad review. This company will go over and Beyond to make you happy if you give them a chance. If you notice all the bad reviews were immediately followed up by corporate and tried to make that person happy in some way or another but not once did that customer or person in return leave a review or stating thank you so what does that say about those people that leave those reviews on the company. I puchased my furniture and spent $2,600+ I had many questions and concerns of my status of delivery with other concerns.My purchase kind of got disoriented along the way. The staff needs a little more kick in the butt and i believe they can bump their ratings up alot are still in training so i can take that into consideration. My wife and I sent a long lengthy email today and within less than 30 minutes we received a personal phone call from corporate personally from Susan Juarez. We left no info the sought after us. She went over and Beyond and found out that she can make my furniture all of it be delivered immediately tomorrow. She is AWESOME and we even talked about the meaning of Halloween and how we do it for the kids lol so there may be a few bad apples that fell from the tree but theres a bunch of big ones are still holding on. Im overwhelmed by the concerns and integrity of this company. These people that complain must be perfect people. Its so flattering to see people take charge if you give them a chance they will make it right. Isnt that what lifes all about because not all people are perfect now Im yet to meet a perfect company. Im positive that %95 of the time the process is smooth. We just fell in that small bracket. We have bought many furniture from Rooms To Go and we were able to go pick up the next day but the quality is nothing compared to the furniture that we bought so in regards to all of you future Shoppers if you do have any questions or concerns do not rely on all these reviews who do you want to buy from somebody that you know you can rely on if you call or someone just talked you into the Buy and you can never get him on the phone. You pay for what you get and if youre going to buy multiple items this is a place to go because they will work with you and give you a bigger discount for the more stuff you buy. The reason you have to wait for this furniture and because its quality and its handmade and it comes from the actual distribution center where its made so they ensure quality checks inspections of the furniture its not sitting on a box truck With No label like Rooms To Go. Joe speaker is the assistant manager who helped us... if you want someone that know the ropes.... who is honest. Hes nice / patient not pushy he just wants to help we never felt as if he was pushy or trying to get a commission sell now some of the staff is new so they are going to kind of make you feel as if you need to buy so they can make some money because they dont understand that if you just make the person happy and feel like theyre taking care of that goes a long way. Thats why we picked him. To the noobs ....If youre going to meet and greet A customer from the front door .... then your knowledge is power!!! know your furniture and know the name your product what is quality and know the truth of the ins and out so you dont mislead your customer. You will alleviate these bad reviews. So they do have room for improvement.... Communication is key here. I mean go to a car dealership and see if you get the same experience from a new car salesman. So needless to say WE WILL BE BACK and look forward to shopping with you Ashley Furniture IN THE NEAR FUTURE because I know I can count on YOU for diligent customer support/quality.. My first time experience with Ashley Furniture has 2 sides. The buying process was awesome. Im a younger guy preparing for the future, and liked the quality of what Ashley Furniture offered. Carlos Alvarado helped walk me through this stage and did a great job. After completing my order and getting home, I called him up and we went ahead and INCREASED the order to include another piece of the bedroom set I purchased. About 2 weeks go by and the bedroom set is ready for delivery. Due to our situation and needing to move furniture out, we had to have the delivery guys offload everything in the garage so that my dad and I could put it together that night when we were ready. Sounds simple right? Except when you receive something that requires assembly you expect to have some kind of instructions. Not the case. We thought maybe the assembly instructions would be in one of the boxes, but no luck. We checked the website since there were PDF instructions on the TV stand, but the bed wasnt even listed on the site. Since putting a bed together is fairly straight forward, we proceeded to put the pieces together. Heres where the huge problem comes in. One of the side rails was missing a washer while the other had one. When we went to screw this rail to the footboard, the screw went right through the rail since there was no washer acting as a buffer. Now we have an annoying eyesore of cracked wood on the side of the bed. We told customer service and they basically said it was our fault for not letting the delivery guys assemble it. They said there was no warranty since we had to put it together ourselves. For the amount that I paid to for all these items and the delivery, I was hoping they would replace the one rail. All they are willing to do is send a technician out for a patch job. Very disheartening way to end what was a good first experience. I just want others to be aware of something like this.

Ive purchased before from Ashleys and never have I left a review but after todays experience I must. This was my second time coming this week in hopes of finding new dining chairs, I was immediately greeted by Gary who was very soft spoken and offered to help me if needed. I told him what I was looking for and I let him know that I was going to look around on my own. He politely repeated to let him know if I had any questions and needed help. It was probably 30 minutes after that I made a decision on the perfect chairs and through out the whole time I notice that Gary was close enough to my eye sight in case I needed help. When I was ready I called him and the following sentence is truly what amazed me about this man. I was 100% determine to go with the 90days in house finance which is what Ive done in the past, and if it wasnt for Gary I wouldve gone with that option which was not what I preferred. But because of my circumstances I thought it would be the best option for me. Gary took the time to listen to my story and because of that I was able to get financed and immediately schedule my delivery! I was super ecstatic, but most of all grateful that it was he who helped me out! The entire time he was helping me he was positive about everything and assured me that I would get qualified. Which I knew that he wouldnt have known that for a fact but to my surprise he was RIGHT every step of the way !! I needed to share my experience because its not many of us out there who truly enjoy helping others and love what they do when it comes down to providing superior customer service!! Gary was that and much more he was honest, kind and helpful. He even attempted to help me find a center piece for my dinning table which we both realized decor its not our experty. LOL!
