I was an employee at nstyle when they still had 2 stores 1 in seagoville and 1 in Balch Springs. Alice is the worst boss to work for she has no clue about her own business and is very money hungry. She will quickly take her customers money but will rarely deliver on her end to get them taken care of by far the worst customer service I ever experienced or had to be a part of. Also the post 2 spots down by Shane Fritch is bogus he works for Alice at nstyle and has even been fired been banned and than rehired back lol talk about drama this place is not worth your time very unprofessional and very shady avoid at all costs. I left almost 2 years ago and have no benefit from posting this other than to warn others and save you your time and money theres hundreds of furniture stores in dallas your better off looking elsewhere

Horrible furniture store bought furniture she said shed give me a deal but didnt she still charged me more than it was worth furniture is cheaply made and high cost. My suggestion is go to Furniture Expo on Garland rd. Jay is a great guy and he will work with you. You do not have to wait forever for furniture and he delivers. Horrible experience no one knows what the check is going on scam thats what it is.

Our experience was awful.it was like ordering food and paying for it in advance and then watching the cook spit on it and then saying u have to come get it and no refunds....i dont understand why after spending 1500 and waiting patiently for a whole week cant we be upset ?well we got the police called on us for d demanding our funiture r money⁉⁉⁉⁉⁉⁉⁉⁉⁉⁉
