My fiance and I were there today to pick up our mattress. The person helping us was very touchy with her more than once. In the store and them while I was tying down the mattress. Very unprofessional and not appreciated. I dont remember his name but he is white guy about 40s as soon as my fiance told me, I call the store and he answered, I mentioned her last name he started talking surprised because he knew what he just did, my fiance was crying but he never accept his actions and hung up on me I want an apologize for my fiance from the manager of the store.

Get what you pay for. Super discounted furniture is cheaply made, however its sturdy enough for use and it looks great. Had a furniture set shipped to Reno, NV and 3 out of 5 pieces show up damaged by the shipping company. Great Western had another complete set shipped within a week without any hassle. Customer service was fantastic. Pleasure doing business with these guys, I will be doing more business with these guys in the future.
