Customer service is horrible! I had a coupon for a bag of Starbucks coffee and the cashier tried to tell me it was invalid The coupon was within the limit, came from the little coupon books they were handing out at the front, and the bag of coffee was the correct size. After pointing this out to her did the coupon suddenly and inexplicably scan correctly. I imagine it was bound for her pocket if I hadnt paid close attention to the terms of the coupon. Shelves are frequently empty -- sometimes for weeks at a time. This isnt just because of a good sale or a holiday rush... theyre just routinely out of products and dont seem interested in ordering more until someone complains. Their pharmacy staff are horrible! More than once, theyve tried handing us the entirely wrong medication -- someone elses prescription. Weve asked for things, such as our itemized prescription information for tax purposes -- only to discover they somehow "lost it." Despite living close to this Target, well drive to better managed and maintained stores elsewhere. Go somewhere else

I am very disappointed. I gave target another chance after finding out about the frauds and had to get a new card. Now instead of the fraud, I was charged twice for something that did not show on my damn receipt. The store can not do anything about it! I explained that during the self check out, their self check out machine crashed and froze! A receipt was printed and it showed that I have not been charged. I was told to use another machine and try again. So I did. I didnt not find out until a week later that Ive been charged twice for my formula and theres nothing they can do about it without a receipt. Im furious because they cant even help me with the situation. It was their system that crashed and I did not save the receipt since the first receipt showed I was not charged!!! I did not bother to check the second receipt because I was in a hurry to leave with my new born baby since he was fussy. Formula is not cheap and if Im charged for it then Id like them to replace it back for me! Never again, Im so done with target.

This has got to be the worst pharmacy ever, the only reason we continue to go back is out of convenience, though it becomes less and less convenient time after time when we call to confirm something is ready, get there, its not, theyve tried to continually give my wife birth control even though she was obviously pregnant several times, her blood pressure medication changed yet they kept trying to fill both the old and the new, we just had to call to get the prescribed directions for her blood pressure medication because they put take as needed for back pain, it makes me wonder if they do all this are they competent enough to get the right medication in the right bottles, it reminds me of Its a Wonderful Life and Mr. Gower trying to that kid poison..

This Target is very clean and a second and even third cashier became quickly available. I love this about this store. However, Im always disappointed by the narrow produce selection, Yes, it is always fresh! Something else to love. Still, some of the prices on housewares are as much as 30 per cent higher than some other stores within a 10 mile radius. So as much as I love the quick response to the check out line, and the very fresh produce, I still have to be selective about what I put in my basket.

This is a good Target store. I shop at Target often and this is one of the best. They have nice and helpful employees. It would be nice if they had a few extra cashiers. Starbucks and cafe are nice spots to rest and get something to eat or drink. Store is clean and well organized with a good product selection in general. However, plus size clothing selection is very poor. Excellent selection of cards and gift cards. Ladies room is always nice and clean. I hope their prices dont get any higher.

There was a lot of staff. I constantly heard someone barking out orders. It was irritating. I also wanted some pants that were being featured. I tried looking on the rack for them. It was a jumbled mess. I couldnt find any of the featured pants or anyone willing to help me...... probably because there was always someone barking out orders at everyone. The bathroom paper towel dispenser was broken and half hanging out of the trash. Hardly any lanes were open. Treat your employees better.

If you need help finding things you want to buy in the store, good luck with that. Be sure to take camping supplies with you because it may take an overnight trip to find anything or any floor help. Charging the consumer more and less crew to pay...finally left not getting what we want. Thats a dumb way to do business. Theyll be the biggest loser in the long run!

Very clean store and very friendly staff - even though you have to walk around to find someone to help you. They would have gotten three stars because of the lack of manpower, but they received the extra fourth star because I worked there for a few months in 2006 while I was in college and I had fun as a cashier until my two favorite managers left...

I came to target buying everything we need for school tomorrow and I went to go pay my balance and when I got to customer service someone being trained named (((Angela))) date February 26,2017 at 9:00pm. My payment took more than 20 min and this was very disturbing!!! Dont shop here this happens a lot in this target

I love the environment and organization. Stuff is always polite and helpful. I wish they had more variety in organic produce section. My husband and I were also very satisfied with Optometrist Richard Jason Works at the vision office. He took his time to explain everything in detail.

Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!! One of their employees tried to steal my credit card number (take a picture of front and back with personal phone). Even had to call cops on that guy. So if you really like to risk your credit cards or identity, go ahead and shop at Target! Worst place ever!

The worst! I had to walk around the whole store trying to find someone who works in the electronics."Associates" will see you looking for help, but they will ignore you and just keep walking. Drove to Walmart (a store which I hate ) to get what I need.

If youve been to a target as most Americans have you will find yourself right at home here. My big knock against this location is the long wait at the cash registers most of the time. I cant remember a single time when I just breezed through

Horrible place to shop. Anytime I shop here there is only one register open. The line to check out will be very backed up but they dont open any of their 23 other registers. Save yourself 15 minutes of waiting and shop elsewhere.

I love shopping at target. The products they have are generally better quality than Walmarts and are approximately priced. Probably gonna start coming here from now on. Plus theres less people and, therefore, less screaming kids.
