August 2015 I purchase gas logs for a rental home. Paid over $400.00 plus delivery and set-up. The installer took our old grate away with out telling us And now our lease is up. I dropped back by the store to find out how to get another grate to leave in the rental home and to get set-up to move my logs to another home that I was purchasing. Entering the store I found three men sitting behind the counter and when I told them what I wanted they said sorry we cant help you. There are many installers and we should have told them we wanted the grate left. (We told the man we purchased the logs from who set up the installation. Also when we ask about moving the logs we were told that they may break we should buy another new set. Then they said if I wanted them moved it would cost a lot and be about the same as purchasing a new set. I will never enter there door again , nor will I recommend them to anyone. Unfortunately for them I run a 600 people strong customer service business and they all live in Allen. Each will know not to go there by the end of the month and maybe they will lose enough business that they wont do this to another 88 year old woman. Can you tell that I am pissed.

We originally purchased patio furniture from Yard Art back in 2008. The chairs, couch etc... have all held up well over the years and we are very impressed with the durability after all these years. We moved several years ago from Plano to Allen and were in need of some additional items. We visited the Allen location and our same salesman (Alan Fischer) was there. He assisted us again, and helped us find what we were looking for. We are very pleased with the quality they offer as well as the service we got from them. As a repeat purchaser, I would highly recommend their product and service.

Lovely stuff, but wickedly expensive.
