Joyce Rambo at Capital is amazing. Offered insightful recommendations and an honest approach. I purchased a down draft, cooktop, double oven, and dishwasher. She stuck by while I changed my mind MANY times and was understanding to the fact it was a big decision for us. Always returned calls and even hand delivered a part when I could not make it out. SERVICE AND HONEST SHOULD COUNT FOR SOMETHING AND WITH JOYCE RAMBO IT DOES!

Special kudos go to Jessica who was amazing (and very patient!) in helping to schedule our delivery (and then helping us reschedule it twice when our project got delayed).
