We bought all our appliances for our new home here. About $3000 worth. We were happy with the sales staff and people were friendly. I would not recommend calling them for service, although they are cheapest in town, they are really not helpful at all. We spent $70 dollars for a tech to come to our house and tell us we needed a new dishwasher. The technician did not reasonably attempt to solve our problem. I fixed it myself the same day. Sales departments sell the first time around, service sells again after that. We will go elsewhere in the future.

I stopped by Homemakers Villa in Moorhead, MN to look for a new Dishwasher. The gentleman who helped me was very nice and answered all of my questions. They were very flexible with me after I purchased the Maytag Dishwasher, because I needed a specific delivery date slightly down the road due to having a plumber and electrician prepare the area for the first-time Dishwasher. I highly recommend purchasing any appliances from them if you do not want to go to a big box store. I am very pleased with my purchase and experience.

Poor customer service. Called to get service options for our LG washer and dryer and was told we only service what we sell. Gentleman that answered the phone said we are still learning. I asked for clarification and was told we are still learning. Then he said bye and hung up..... Here is a thought for senior management. Take your team through an AIDET course. This will help your company build a strong loyalty program and possibly increase employee morale.

We had a great experience purchasing our products from them. They were knowledgeable and very helpful. We dont purchase major appliances often and they answered all our questions, taking time to explain how things worked and what to expect. Not only were they helpful, they also had great deals. Ive already recommended them to family who will be in the market for a new stove soon.

I bought a washer and dryer from this store. David the salesman was very friendly and informative. Plus next day delivery!! Jeremia the delivery man was polite and very helpful, he even showed me how to use the washer and dryer! Would recommend this store to any of my friends!! Thank you Homemakers Villa!!

HORRIBLE! Gentleman walked in, said it was an installation issue, didnt lift a finger and left. Got an $80 bill in the mail. When we called about the bill the gentleman hung up on us. Will NEVER use again or recommend. Would give 0 stars if possible. Also service tech was incredibly rude!

My grandma bought a stove from here, element went out in the oven about 2 weeks later. Took them 2 MONTHS to replace it!! The service person was rude according to my mother. Sadly I dont live closer to help get the problem fixed.
