Unbelievable! I know that other stores claim to provide and sell "Luxury Living", however I am here to vouch, that no one in North America can claim "Luxury Living" like Pirch. This is a showroom you must see prior to any purchasing decision. We also found that their prices were as competitive as any of the other local appliance retailers. While our visit was a true "Luxury Living" experience, the atmosphere through out was inviting & relaxing . Our "Life Style" advisor, Andrew Owen was knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful, advising us on the complete kitchen we purchased. When we arrived for our 3:00 appointment, the consultation room he took us to, had a framed personal message "Welcome the Niemans". After we were seated, we were served a carafe of cold water and freshly baked cookies. If you are considering any new plumbing or house hold appliance, you will not regret going to Pirch, (but you may regret not going) and ask for our "Life Style" advisor Andrew Owen. Good luck buying from this company. When you enter their store it looks like they will give service unmatched by their peers. Not true. I purchased an ice maker and their installer came to my home and caused our dishwasher not to work after installing the ice maker. After many calls to Pirch they came out and fixed my dishwasher the next night. I bought a Fire Bowl from them as well. The salesperson pulled up the color on his iPad and then placed the order. The color that came was not the color that he pulled up on his iPad. The Fire Bowl is at my lake house and it is a major inconvenience to try to change it out. Plus they make me feel like I made the mistake. The level of service that you get at Pirch is terrible and I would strongly recommend against buying anything from them.

Complaint - I have visited the North Park Store for months and have always had a great take away. This morning I was invited for a beverage at the Counter leading into the Mall. I accepted and was talking to the Attendant as he was preparing the Drink, a dark mocha. A man walks up at the same time I sat down. He was in pink and purple. He interrupted me every time I started to talk. He was chuckling as he did it. Soon he turned and walked away with a bounce in his step. I asked the attendant who this man was. Oh, he works here and walks the store. This Employee never introduced himself, greeted me or ask me how I was doing. Instead constantly interrupted me. All the employees know who he is. Please ask him to stop harassing Customers. It is not the Pirch Motto. Sincerely, Bill

Dont shop here!! A client of mine bought appliances from this place and they butcherd some very very expensive wood floors that had just been finished a couple days prior to appliance installation. Met the manager Raffel to asses the damage, they past it to their insurance company to address. Not only did they lie to their insurance company about me not being present for installation, they comfabulated a story about their installation and a job site they knew nothing about. Needless to say their insurance denied the claim and Im out a few thousand to fix them. Company wont last long treating people this way.

I dont get it, Id like too very much. This is the ONLY company that the CEO responded in a non-defensive manner. I went to the website-Kitchen and the brands are listed. When clicking on a brand you are taken to the manufacturers landing page. Ok, so I click CONTACT US, it ask your name and email and pick your department interest, I picked Kitchen. No phone request, no what can we help you with--just someone will be in touch. Were in Fort Worth and looking for an appliance company to take our money but give us what we pay for. Id hoped this would be it.

Hoped for so much more, clueless customer service, no follow up, no communication. Perhaps our order was too small to bother with, but seriously not any better than Lowes. It all looks nice, but the follow through is dismal. I cannot recommend sadly.

We just went to Ed Kellum & Son in Uptown instead. We did not have a good experience in store and decided to go somewhere that has been in the community a long time. Glad we went another direction and ended up getting a great deal.
