We moved in to our home in 2001... flat broke. We couldnt afford a new washer and dryer, so we started looking at used. Somehow we found Westfield Appliance and took a drive over to see what they had on hand. Greg the owner showed us around and told us which models lasted forever and those that dont. He could have sold us more expensive stuff, but he didnt. He suggested we save the extra money and recommended what he felt was the best deal for the price. We took his advice and bought a matching set. Weve had that same set for 15 years and they still work just fine.... but in reality, its time to upgrade. Were not as broke as in 2001 and could go to one of the appliance stores and buy new, but weve received such good service, were going back to buy from Greg.

I contacted Westfield Appliance and spoke with Greg. I told him the problem I was having with a Washer that I purchased $80.00 for both the washer and dryer. He advised me what he thought the problem might be with the washer and quoted me a price for part and labor! I was very satisfied however I had no way to get it there! Out of frustration I called the next day wanting to sell it to him! He stated he would buy it, But for us to try to get it there to just be repaired! He also had already told me the part that might be needed, so we purchased online and it is running "Great"! THANK YOU, Mr. Greg...You are a blessing! Prior to calling Westfield, I had been quoted a price of a minimum of $189.00 "NO guarantees".

DR Washer And Dryer (aka Greg) @ Westfield Appliances is a Certified Master Technician (to me) That knows more about washers and dryers than Samsung, Kenmoore and Whirlpool combined. I have only had my washer for 3 days but i can tell you my first load washed away all my worries and left me Smelling Brand New! AND to top it off a full 1 year warranty for free, delivery to my 3rd floor apartment at my choice of time, and installed in my apartment and washing clothes quicker than this Thank You Message. Thank You. 5 STARS *****

Greg is nice and knowledgeable about his work. He has been doing this since 1989. Good condition appliances at great prices. They may not be dent-less or spotless, but they work well. He gives a 1 year warranty as well and seems like a guy wholl help out if something goes wrong. The delivery boy was a good guy too and did a great job installing the machines.

Great prices and what a strong delivery boy. He moved my nee washing machine up to the 2nd floor. He was so helpful and even took my bad washing machine with him for free down the 2 flights of stairs. And with 1 year warranty , i cant complain.
