We went on the Energy Star tax free weekend and were amazed by the selection. They had a nice amount of employees willing to help with any question we had. Everyone was friendly and they had free food and drinks, plus ice cream. That definitely helped keep the kiddos happy while we walked around the store. We needed a fairly small fridge to fit in the space we had. We also wanted stainless steel with ice/water in the door. They brought us to the scratch and dent in the back (amazing selection!) and started measuring. They had 3 different models to choose from that fit our needs. Only one of the fridges had a visible defect, the rest looked great. We went with a Whirlpool that was $400 less than msrp and $250 less than anything Lowes, HomeDepot, or online had, plus it was tax free so I walked out feeling like I stole something lol. I need a freezer once we move into our new house and I know where Ill be going to get it. I was very pleased with the service and my purchase. The delivery was great and the guy was super nice. I will be using them for any future appliance needs and would recommend them to anybody.

Dishonest - I was told these products I purchased were reliable by the sales person and either the owner / manager - rep bad products - whirlpool - washer not even 14 months old and they want to charge me to repair it. (At whirlpool and Texas appliance) Spent a lot of money (a couple of thousand dollars) here but I will never spend a dime here again. I will let everyone I know in this area as well how this company operates.
