I wish I never walked into the store LIES from the beginning! I have been purchasing from ABT for years and have NEVER been treated like this. The sales rep has to ask others for answers to basic questions, the delivery guys just show up when sales rep says itll be on a different date. They piece mail you the items you bought....AND TO TOP IT OFF I BOUGHT A $5000 REFRIGERATOR AND THEY BROUGHT ME A DINGED UP FLOOR MODEL!!!!! WHAT A BUNCH OF JERKS. STAY AWAY FAR AWAY WISH I COULD GIVE LESS THAN 1 STAR......

I am one who does serious research before I buy. I dont want to be taken for a ride, as they say. Then I walked into Grand Appliance and met Mike. 10 minutes of conversation and he understood my wants vs needs and switched my purchase choice. I couldnt be happier with my purchase. All my research was erased because of 10 minutes with an expert. My wife loves it, best of all, I spent $600 less than my planned budget. wife and I had both oven and clothes washer go out so we went right over to GRAND APPLIANCE AND TV in Lake Zurich and the guys there were great including Dick who helped us. they even gave us a great deal and delivered both appliances in 2 days as promised. even the delivery guys showed when they said and were in and out in half hour with everything hooked up. were definitely buying all our future appliances here. just maybe one at a time next time.
