We reciently purchased a dishwasher from Hahn outlet. Unfortunately after it was installed there was more damage to the dishwasher than the initial dent. They had a maintenance man come look at it, Bill-he was wonderful, and they determined that it needed to be replaced. Finding the quality dishwasher at the price we got was going to be a challenge. We went back to the outlet and talked with Joey about our situation. He was able to find us a similar dishwasher for the same price. In a very unfortunate, slightly annoying situation, the staff was all extremely helpful and nice. Joey went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied! We will definitely recommend them to others and be back for any future purchases.

I bought an overstocked dryer from the outlet store that when I got it home didnt function properly. I went into the store and was immediately greeted by Keyantae who asked how he could help. He took me straight to Joey whos first words were "lets get this man a new dryer." My original sales person, Tyler, called to check in with me and was extremely helpful. It didnt stop there, both Keyantae and Jonathan back in the delivery bay were extremely helpful, courteous and professional in their assistance loading my new equipment. I will definitely go back to the Hahn Appliance Outlet!

I use Joey Uphold at Hahn Outlet for all of my appliance needs, I have 12 rental properties and I flip houses, so I buy an entire kitchen of appliances every 3-4 months. Joey gives me a better deal on appliances than I can find anywhere. He blows Metro Builders, Sears and the box stores out of the water, and I get 10% off at the box stores because Im am a retired Marine! If you dont go see Joey, you must not like money, the end!

Best prices on brand new merchandise, hands down. I surfed and shipped them all and saved at least a hundred dollars on a new New washer and dryer. Were coming back to buy a twin mattress and box spring because once again, they beat everyones price. Their customer service is the best as well. The employees are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Thank you, Lee Haan for making a store where customers feel comfortable.

Great store to find appliances and even a few TVa TVs and great prices. We were at the warehouse, but the main store has great prices as well. Stove tips, ovens, microwaves, ice makers & some TVs. Many name brands. The last time we went we even saw mattresses and bed frames.

The staff left us alone to look and only approached when we needed something. The delivery was quick and painless and well-managed. When a manual was missing they were quick to replace it without any question. Thumbs up.

Excellent customer service bought a fridge here that was dented for almost half of the msrp got it installed and it was dead called them they gave full store credit and delivered the replacement free.
