Great salesman David Young at this location, very informative and patient. Fast delivery too. I would recommend David and his team. However Sears warranty SUCKS.. Do not use them.. We had to replace our fridge sense that is how we met David, but Sears warranty would not come out and fix the refrigerator for several days so we moved into the garage. Now Sears warranty wont come out to repair since we moved it outside. They think its a different refrigerator, SEARS can check the serial number, and look at our receipt! Unfortunately this is why we will NEVER BUY FROM SEARS AGAIN because of this issue!!

This store has consistently had pricing as good as or better than what I have found anywhere else. The guys will also help look up things online if what youre looking for is not on the showroom floor. I wish I had not wasted so much time driving around looking at multiple other stores beforehand when I could have just started here and been done sooner. I also love driving right up to the door, walking in and getting immediate attention. The appliance installers they use were also good.

Its not that the store is bad or the guys there do a bad job, but what is the point of going to the Sears store if they carry NONE of the things I buy in stock? I have been there 3 times to get parts for Sears products only to come back empty handed. This place is basically an online store in a physical location. To anyone reading this post, you are better off going online. The store is useless.

The staff at the local Sears store is very knowledgeable and always friendly and welcoming. Being a showroom, they dont carry everything on site, but Ive found in most cases on my buying experiences I can get what I need delivered as early as the next day. Their small town style hospitality and their committment to get what ever I need has made me a loyal customer!

Chris Middlebrook is very knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me replace my wall oven microwave and cooktop and took the time to go over measurements with me. Chris made everything easy for me. Highly recommended.
