I would never do business with this company again. They sent me 2 bulbs that did not work in my oven. Both had different part numbers. The second shipment got lost so they sent me another bulb that also did not work. I was under the impression that I needed to install both bulbs in order for the bulbs to work but that wasnt the case. Because all of this nonsense took over 30 days, they wont give me a refund for one of the bulbs. In addition, their customer service is HORRIFIC and the person I spoke to only made it worse. Now I see that I have to pay for return shipping to boot! I am completely disgusted with this place and the ridiculous amount of valuable time it took out of my schedule to try to straighten it all out.

Expensive. The lady at the counter was nice and the service was good. I went there for a dryer heating element and a thermal fuse. The parts seem good and the heating element is made in the USA. The price in the store struck me as being high but I was under a time constraint and needed the parts so I bought them. The next day I looked them up online and the price I paid for the 2 parts was about $30 higher than the exact same parts online. Also I guess this place moved a few doors down and is now called Appliance Parts 2 u.

thank you so much for opening on Sunday. went there to buy a motor for the heater fan for the house. best customer service I have ever seen in a long longtime. helps me with the wiring and show me what I need and not need. save me alots of time putting it back on. you guys are really good peoples. I will go here before anywhere else. thank you so much.

We found this place by shopping online. We needed a heating element that online was priced for $44. Instead of ordering online we drove to the store because it was in our town. We went to the store and they charged us $79.04. They told us that is the price you pay for convenience. We will not shop here again.

Have purchased many parts for dishwashers, stoves, and other appliances for 56 unit apartment complex. Always friendly, professional, and can get what I need. Lower prices than anyone else in town, and can get parts they dont have in the store faster than any other store. No need to shop anywhere else.

I got their help in the fall of 2015. They bent over backwards to help me with a difficult heater problem. I now have a dryer to fix and Im headed back again to get parts. Its great to find a place you like shopping at (especially when its always because youre fixing something).
