Although, I was able to come to an agreement with the owner, this man seems to make up his own rules on returns. I get the impression this is not an actual Sears store but a store that sells Sears products. I had a new appliance that I wanted to return after having it a week, I said it made noise and I wanted to return it, he said that there was nothing wrong with it and said he would charge me a "usage" fee, 25% of the cost of the item, yikes, I dont think so. Steer clear of this place. Go to an actual Sears.

I went to the hometown store in Bellevue Nebraska and they had what I wanted, however I had an appointment some where else. I came back and everything was all set to provide me what I wanted and less then I expected. They found another discount and made my perchase even better. Great job!

Excellent locally owned store, bought a washer and dryer from them. The owner and the staff we talked to were happy to answer all of my and my mother in laws questions, and gladly worked to match the discounts offered by the national Sears chain.
