Beware of this location and company! I would have given zero stars if I could have. The manager and sales associates are completely incompetent. I purchased a refrigerator from them that has been a lemon from day 1. The company and this store location could care less about selling poor quality appliances. Once you walk out their door with a purchase, you are left to deal with whatever piece of junk that they deliver to your door. The original refrigerator that I bought was damaged both times that Sears delivered. I am talking about major dents in both delivered items. I asked to return the product, so that I could go somewhere else and they had the nerve to tell me that they were going to charge a re-stocking fee. A re-stocking fee on a damaged item from them?! Are you kidding?! Then I settled for a different product, because they told me that it would be over a month to get a third refrigerator like I purchased. This new one wasnt visibly damaged, but it has been terrible from day one! Ive had a repairman out 3+ times and he even said that the company should replace the item since it has a manufacturer defect. Sears has refused. This company has great sales and great prices at times, which is actually a scam to sell you poor quality merchandise. Please consider yourself warned. I NEVER write reviews, but I do not want anyone else to get screwed over by this terrible company. Also, keep in mind that I have nothing to gain from this review. Ive already been screwed over by the company and lost a great deal of money. Someone needs to stop this company and this is the only way I know how... by spreading my story.

Years ago, we were Conns fans, but sadly, they lost their mojo. Luckily we found Sears Home Appliance. We always shop around various places and always end up right back at Sears Home Appliance. They carry the brands that most often are best buys according to Consumer Reports...at least the appliances we have purchased. The latest purchase was a washer and dryer. The salesperson was knowledgeable about each model on the floor.She told us about all the opportunities to save like signing up for a Sears loyalty program put almost $200 of points in our program...when we bought high end tool chests at Christmas, it was a nice chunk off that extravagance! Even if you dont buy from them, you will learn a lot just by dropping in and visiting with their sales people at Sears. I personally have never been pressured. It seems they believe their products and pricing will sell...and it has every time for us over the last 8 years.

Would not help me find a replacement part or lookup a part that would work. Just kept saying " if you dont have a part number, I cant look it up". Trying to tell him the part number is for the entire control unit for the water heater, all I needed is an igniter to light the pilot with like a Bar-B-Q igniter. The part number would be for entire control unit and is all one peice. Same thing, "if you dont have a part number I cant look it up". No help at all. Home Depot people at least would try to help you find something that would work.

I purchased my dishwasher at Sears home appliance two weeks ago on a Sunday (8/9/15). It was supposed to be delivered the next day (8/10/15) I paid $159 for delivery and install. It was delivered the following Monday (8/17/15) and now is being serviced Tuesday morning (8/18/15) according to them because the water will not shut off and it is flooding my house. They have made no attempt to solve the issue. No wonder theyre going out of business.

Brand new dryer leaking gas while in use. Cocky manager pretended to be helpful but actions never matched words. Took 5 days SUNDAY, MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY.....To get issue resolved. Had a swell time not being able to wash my clothes for my family of FIVE on $3000 worth of equipment I purchased from the 6 weeks prior. Thanks Sears!

Horrible service, they should have just said, :" we dont serve your kind", but I still went ahead and ordered a part for my dryer, paid $20 for 2 day delivery, which I never received, in 2 days like they said, but that it will take 2 more days to receive, In want my money back, very dissatisfied.
