Im a Houston Police Officer who adopted a family in need that has 1 senior citizen and 6 small children. When the Owner learned that they do not have anything to cook with he stepped up and gave me a GREAT deal on a stove that works perfectly fine. By him doing this it freed up more money for me to buy more toys and clothes for the children. The people here have HUGE hearts and are willing to lend a hand to people in need in their community by having great prices. Thank you for helping this family have a X mas they will not forget and for restoring my faith in the community I serve in by helping others.

Have done business here a few times in the past and just dropped a dryer off to be serviced. Great people that work there, not sure of their names but will learn them when I pick up the dryer this week. Awesome customer service and would recommend this business to anyone who wants to be treated well and have an outstanding experience whether its servicing an appliance or purchasing a used appliance. Very knowledgeable in their business and always willing to make their customers happy. I will return again if I i need their services again.

I bought a used washer and dryer that my co-worker purchased here and he had for 2 years. Its been 2 years since then and they both still run perfectly! I recently needed a wire harness for an ice maker in my parents refrigerator and had a hard time finding one locally. I remembered this company and decided to visit them. They gave me one for free and even tested it to make sure it was fully working. It is hard to find people so nice and welcoming! I will definitely give them my business when I need another appliance!

I had a great experience with this business. I was really in a bind on Saturday with wet clothes, a broken dryer and a packed schedule for the following week. Ron was polite, helpful and accommodating of my schedule. He squeezed me in the same day. The service technician, Julio was great and fixed my problem in like 20 minutes! He was courteous and knowledgeable and did not push anything on me. He gave me the information and let me make the decision. I would definitely recommend this business.

I bought a dryer from them and had an issue as soon as I got home. I sent them a message from their website and they called me almost as soon as they opened. They walked me through resetting my breaker and it fixed my issue. I always felt taken care of from the time I arrived and even when I had an issue that was my fault. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone that is in need of an appliance quickly and cheap! Thank you!

Our refrigerator died and it had just drop 10 inches of rain and Ron was open on Saturday morning. Not only was he opened he had a used refrigerator in stock that met with the wifes liking. His staff delivered and installed the newer unit and took the old away same day within hours of purchase. I will return and recommend this place of business to friends in future.

This company has always made me feel better about small businesses. Have been taken to the cleaners many of times. But these people are always fair, courteous, and on time. I never have to call them back for a redo. Have repaired my washer, dryer, freezer and refrigerator. Have used them for 15 years with no complaints. I highly recommend.

Well, I just left and the owner is a jerk. They wanted $275 for a 10 year old washer and I offered $250. He then said that it would be $45 to deliver it and only a 1 month warranty. That changed from a 3 month warranty and including delivery. Shop their at your own risk. Their are others that are near by that will work with you.

Had to fix my dryer since i was not sure what was wrong. the guy told me he would check, which he did and still called me to get my apporval to proceed with repair. my dryer was fixed and ready for pick up the next day. I will definately recommend this place.

I recently purchased a refrigerator here for our warehouse. I looked around at a few different places . But the used appliances seemed to be cleaner with very little use here. So far so good. They also delivered which was a plus.

Ive been in here several times and this place has 1950s style customer service. You can feel the integrity of the owner. They say you can take the owner out of the business, but you cant take his spirit out.
