My experience with this store was really bad, and ended up wasting quite a bit of my time. I purchased a washer/dryer combo, but the delivery crew did not show up in the time window scheduled. When I phoned this Sears location, they told me its not their issue and I need to call the delivery service. They also said they would not refund the delivery fee. Ultimately, I called the delivery service and rescheduled for another day. A few days later, Sears called me and said they had essentially let go of the washer/dryer I purchased, and now I would have to wait for 3 weeks to get the same set. When I said that was unacceptable and spoke with the area manager (Case), he essentially said thats the way it is and he cant do anything about it. It was pretty evident he didnt care if I shopped there or somewhere else, he just wanted to be off the phone. Finally, I canceled the order and am back at square one.

The employees at this location offered greetings, but little in the way of service that cause one to make a purchase. Although the store is small enough that the greeter and I had eye contact across the store, I had to pursue him to ask my questions while he maintained his text conversation with his BFF. Another employee referred me to the website vs the real-life items underneath the collective roof which sheltered us during our almost-shopping experience. When we nearly left, but came back to look at mattresses, the same employee greeted us as though our previous conversation never took place. It was a shopping experience where the people directed us to computers, and also acted like robots built by computers, and in the end I surrendered to this computer to search for the items I actually will purchase and also warn the other humans to do the same. Or just visit another store.

The only Helpful person was Ivan and had it not been for him I would have gone somewhere else. The other associates have terrible customer service and are very rude to fellow employees right in front of customers while at the register. one of the associates,Bill, was very unprofessional in his position, playing games on his phone piratical the entire time we were the and while fellow associates would ask him a question. While also nicely displaying his Facebook profile in plane view on the computer.

This place has the worst service!! They expect you to wait around for all day for appliance delivery with no time ffram till the day before... was lied to about the set up and the fact that if we have it do the store we could set a time.. but thats not true. No one seems to know what is going on or what the other is doing... GG to Home Depot or Lowes!!

Worst service ever (store mgr. raised his voice would even let me speak ) damaged appliance, scheduled deliver wrong date ,..I can go on and on. The whole experience was a nightmare.
