Ive never dealt with them directly but Rental Management Solutions in Topeka, KS is who I rent from and they have brought two stoves from them into my residence that have roaches in them.

Ive driven across town twice to try and do business here. Both times they were closed (mid week, mid day) and no hours are posted. Frustrating. Not sure Ill bother with a third try.

These are the nicest people in Topeka. I only wished I hadnt moved away when I was young. It is also a great place to work.
