I bought a Nordictrac bike and a weight lifting set online because it said they had them in stock at the west oaks mall location. The next day my husband went to pick them up and when he arrived they said they havent arrived from shipment. 2 hours later I get an email stating my items are ready to be picked up. Unfortunately we had to go out of town and wasnt able to pick up the items until 2 days later. My husband went to pick up and the man there brought out the weight lifting set but said there was no bike available and that someone must have sold it on the floor. They told him they could refund the money and pick up one in stock at the memorial city mall. I had to go up there to bring my cc for the refund and explained to the manager that I wasnt happy with the customer service but she didnt seem to care. They called memorial city to make sure the bike was still in stock there but that location couldnt hold it for me unless I called to have it put on hold. So after my money was refunded I called memorial city mall and asked them to hold the bike. Turned out they didnt even have it in stock. I had to call around until I found a sears that had one. Definitely wont be purchasing anything online from sears much less anything from sears at all any more. Worst customer service ever!!!

Yesterday, april 24. 2010 around 4PM went to Sears, west oak looking for men;s big and tall T-Shirts we walked around for a long while 10 or 15 minutes so I decided to wait in line while the girl at the register corrected an error on the customer in front of me she had made on his purchases. So after she finally figured it out 15 minutes or more I asked her where the Big and Tall Mens clothes were and she shrugged her shoulders and said well this is the Men;s wear Dept so they should be somewhere around here well, Duh. Whatever happened to REAL customer service. I worked in customer services for years and would have called someone and went over and beyond to find out though since I was working in this department I would think you would know. Will never shop at that Sears again especially since they have no CUSTOMER SERVICE,

Shame on Sears! They advertised the KV25G0XER mixer for 197.99 black Friday price. When I went to the store, there was no such thing labeled thete. But I was able to find it in the shelf. The casher scanned it and it showed different proce. I showed him their ad price. He said he can change the price to the ad price, bit it locked there and need the store managers approval. Waited,finally the mamager came. She told the casher not sell at this price. I showed her their ad, then she told the casher "this is last one at this price". Is this the way Sears doing business? If you cannot afford, not ads it. Actually only about $20 difference. If you hidden it and told me that it was sold out. I would fell much metter. Its not in my shopping list, I just hate lie.

Yup, this is a prime example of why their stores are all closing. Couldnt even get a guy to help me buy a vacuum, even though I pointed it out and said I was ready to buy. He said he had to help someone else, but I later see him joking around with some of the other store employees. Whats worse, is I ended up ordering it online, and they cant even fulfill my order because they arent sure they have it. Steps of ensuring a successful store would probably have managing inventory in there....

Worst customer service. Went today to return something that did not fit. Had my receipt and tag on the houseshoes. The ladies said to me you bought this at Memorial City. This is West Oaks. I was absolutely shocked then she said she would have to call a manager to see if ok to return. Then she asked for my ID. Wow I will never ever buy another thing from SEARS. If you have your receipt that should be enough. No matter where you bought it.

The WAITING game! I was the third person in line and it takes about 15 to 20 min to check out! At least 3 questions before you can check out. 4 a fast check out take your tools to the clothes section. I passed the people that were in front of me in the tool check out line on the way out. Great produces!! Yes, I Recommended them! But, pull up a chair or phone surf until you get to the register to check out! Hurry up and wait..

I just called this sears and asked if they will price match for black friday since that is what I read online and that is what had been said previously. I was on the phone talking to the store manager and she is SO rude. She wouldnt listen to me about it. She said that they werent pricematching and black friday and where I got my information was not real. HELLO! I found this information on the sears website!

Horrible service they will steal from you, I bought a dish washer and went to pick up they said they did not have it, so I decided to do a return and they tell me they cant return me my money and keep me there for 4 hours telling me they cant do the return, I had my receipt with me and they keep saying it was not in the system. Dont shop in this store horrible service.
