Rude Customer Service. I ordered some Hunter Boots online and they felt large so I went to the Galleria to try a smaller size so that I could exchange them. I asked to for a smaller size and the size I originally ordered...they didnt have the exact style that I purchased online so I wanted to see if the sizes might run differently with the different styles. I let the salesperson know I was going to keep my online purchase because the smaller sizes wouldnt work and the shoe salesperson immediately shut all of the shoe boxes closed before rudely walking away. I was shocked at how quickly things went bad. I left feeling embarrassed and like I had done something wrong even though Nordstrom still kept my business. I dont feel like this incident runs with their culture and I was shocked with such rude behavior.

These guys are great! Worked with a fella named William over in suits, and he offered to pull ahead a sale price by a couple days on a topcoat that I just loved, talk about good customer service! Ended up buying the coat online from Nordstrom (William had left his shift by the time I made the decision to buy - sorry man, Ill come back and buy a suit from you to make up the sale :) - well, anyway, the coat was normally $1595, but another website had it on sale for $500, and Nordstrom matched it - saving me $1095! How great is that? Every time that I go into their Galleria location they are polite, professional, and willing to help. Plus, they are finally starting to stock higher end suits - ones that are half or fully canvassed and built well. You guys are just great!

Nordstrom never fails. (Well, maybe during those instances when youre ready for a full on shopping spree and cant find a single thing to buy. But that can happen at any store.) Back to Nordstrom. Karen in the dress department is a life saver! Its a Thursday night and I frantically drop in looking for a gown for a formal event. She noticed my desperation and helped me pull a dozen gowns. And I walked away with THREE. Not only that - she kindly coaxed the tailor to hem one of my gowns that same day for a 9pm pickup. HUGE hugsies to Karen and Lon (I cant fully remember the bridal tailors name) for saving my sanity. Lesson learned to no longer procrastinate. :/

If any store in the Galleria deserves props for customer service, its Nordstrom. I have had some of the absolute best customer service in this location; the workers are so friendly and helpful and willing to do their job. They are very fashionable people, and they will take care of you. The store is always in great shape, and they are always stocked with the newest items. Being a college student, I generally refrain from the higher luxury brands that this store offers (Topshop all the way), but they always have such beautiful merch from some of the best high fashion brands.

I found Nordstrom in 2006 when I was looking for someone to make a wedding dress from scratch, on recommendation from a friend who lived in the neighborhood.My experience with Yvonne was pure magic.Id purchased yards of creamy beaded raw silk fabric during a trip to India a few years earlier, and hooray ! It turned out that thats just what Yvonne specialized in. Yvonne whipped up the dress of my dreams,complete with a sash using kimono fabric I ordered from Japan, and, to top it all off, the price was incredible.

Wont come back. After waking around the mens section for about 5 minutes, and not being greeted by anyone I decided to purposely walk next to some employees. Not surprisingly they ignored me then too. Was looking to purchase some high end mens shoes and I couldnt get someone to even say hello. Reaffirms my belief in online shopping and bespoke clothiers. After all that finally got a salesperson to help my gf return something, and he stood silently over us like we were an inconvenience, not a customer.

Purchased Chanel glasses I didnt realize they were scratched they werent expensive but still wouldve loved having none scratched glasses! The sales associates are kind and not stuck up at all but some of them can be real jewels my husband was looking at the shoes and a guy approaches him and asks if he needs help My husband said no and he rolled his eyes at him! Wow what kind of manners do you have! The store is always clean.

I spent almost 1 hours to decide between 2 watches, when is the time to pay I thought the watch I decided to buy was on sale because the watch has a price for $729 but also has another tag price for $429 . They refused to give me the lowest price because that promotion was until yesterday... it is not my fault that you not did remove the price tag. I will never buy anything there again.

I would not patronize their mens jewelry department even if they were the only outfit in town. Their philosophy must be to over-promise & under-deliver; 2.5 months & counting & they are yet to return my timepiece or provide a coherent explanation for the delay. Detestable!

Kristian Dumas in the BP department was incredibly helpful! We couldnt find a particular shoe that was displayed in the department down in the shoe department and she went and got it for us! What GREAT customer service. Would definitely want this woman working for me!!!!!

Terrible experience. Multiple cars broken into in parking lot incuding mine this afternoon. Inadequate security along with poor customer service. They need to hire new and more security to solve this problem. Will stick with Saks or Neimans.

Need a nordstrom proper in sugar land! The sales associates were very helpful even on a busy Saturday. Had multiple employees offer assistance with my purchase and even went out of thier way to help me find my next destination in the mall.

always enjoyable this store is always a nice stafff willing to help. Clean and great selection for woman of shoes etc… not so much on baby cloths well Toddlers clothes though for the Childrens shoes they have a a lot to offer though.

I think this store is a little over prices but nothing outrageous. The do have a very good selection of items and the quality is generally really good. I have never been impressed with the employees.
