I have never had a horrible experience at this store, in fact, before they opened the neighborhood market down the street, this was my go-to store. Last night we needed to go shopping for school supplies and get a few other items that the neighborhood market does not have. So we piled up into the van and headed out. I have 4 kids, 3 girls and 1 boy all under the age of 9. Now, while shopping my son and the youngest 2 girls needed to use the restroom. I waited outside the restroom like usual for my son to come out of the mens restroom. He came out, and after doing so an employee came out of the womens restroom and made a comment to me, which I couldnt hear, but it lead me to think the girls needed my help. At this point I needed to use the restroom myself, and as a parent, had an issue leaving my son out of the restroom alone. So I had him come in with me, made sure the girls were okay, there was no one else in the restroom. As I left the restroom, a male employee was waiting for me right outside the door, who informed me my son wasnt allowed in the restroom. He did this in a group of people. Upon me asking if he would rather my child be kidnapped, apparently he would, because he could only tell me that he wasnt allowed in. If this was a teenager I could understand that. What this employee doesnt know is; is there another reason he needed to go in with me he could have a disability, he could of had any number of things happen? I cant go into the mens restroom to handle things, but a CHILD under the age of 10? Seriously? This walmart needs to add in a family restroom, because to my knowledge there isnt one that or else they need to add signs to the restrooms with enterance restrictions. I have had many friends tell me they take their sons with them to the womens room, and even men taking their daughters to the mens restroom with them. Not once have they gotten in trouble. I also feel this employee should of had the conversation in a different location, not in the area in between the men and womens restroom, and definitely not in a group of people. My son, did absolutely no harm by being in that restroom, but had I left him out in the store, I would have been called a bad parent; he could of been kidnapped, he could of freaked out and just ran off. THAT would have caused harm.

IDK if hate is the proper verbage to use as it is a rather strong word that I choose carefully to use. However, the stalkers at night seem more friendly than the stuck up front line cashiers during the day. At times the store seems very disorganized and the flow of traffic they the store is very congested. At times the store isnt stocked and especially with the sales items. I recently bought a tv and I felt like I was baited and switched after viewing the sales on the TVs via internet and carefully thinking Im choosing a tv that was in store and stocked at that store, and as well, thinking that I was making a informed purchase the sales clerk. Jonathan, pointed out to me in a loud condescending tone of voice that. " Those TVs we havent had in stock for a long time " and for that size..( looking at a 40" to 45" for my master bedroom). This tv was not a popular brand but after doing my research it had the bells and whistles that u needed . I settled on a 32" Vizio 1080p for approx $133. So I went down in the size I wanted the amount roughly compared to what was on the Walmart website in store stocked of which according to Jonathan havent had in a long time and the pricing was wrong. So pricing. Size, inconvenience, embarrassed and made a fool if as tho Im the new contestant on The shell and coconut switch and play game at Walmart. Sam and Bud Walton of which I have had the pleasure of meeting them ,in person, when I was a very young girl, and met their dog ol Roy.,All at once ...they would be really rolling around in their grave over that little switch and play maneuver that was pulled on me..... I keep on telling myself that my money can and will spend anyplace I desire it to and being treated poorly by a worker any place is not cool but really be condescending towards me and all I wanted to do just was to purchase what was advertised and at a great deal I settled for something less than desired. I guess the real shame lies upon me related to this scenario. Thank you for taking the time to read and hopefully address these concerns...not issues.

Went there today to buy the grandkids a game to play on my computer. Told two electronics employees I was buying it so they would not be online last time they downloaded a game my computer got viruses . Kids picked out a game it said multiplayer I asked if I needed to buy a controller in order for them to play. I was told you can only play it multiplayer on-line. I said that they were not going to play it online so I guess I did not need one. Not one of them told me you had to be online to play the game. I tried to download it the only thing I got to download was the website to buy games for 4.99. I tried for 3 hours to get it to work. Took the game back and I was treated like a criminal in front of my grandkids. I was told the evils of downloading games. And then bringing them back. They would .let me bring it back this one time but they were going to need to see my ID. Then they wrote all my info down I do not mean just on the return slip but also on another paper. Then the grandkids asked if they could get a different game instead of the money. Go back to electronics talk to someone new found out they only have ONE game that you do not have to be online to get it to play. So ,we got it. Took it to CS she opened it to make sure I was not going to try and bring it back for cash. All this for a 19.99 game.

Went to this Walmart tonight to use a WIC check. Normally I dont mind this location, but this trip just really upset me. My son is 4 months old and is on WIC for formula. The woman in front of me in line also had a WIC check. Everywhere I go, the cashier always asks for the WIC check first, that way they can go down the list, even though my check only had formula. I place the check on the belt, and the cashier (Deb), was like a robot on how she was functioning; so much so that she literally let the check go into the belts machine below. A manager had to come over to get the check out of the bottom, and then after the manager left, the cashier proceeded to tell me that "If I hadnt had put the check on the belt that wouldnt have happened and that I shouldnt do that"... no apology, nothing. My drivers license was also on the belt, thankfully I grabbed it quick. But, she had just got done doing a WIC check for the woman in front of me, and because she was being careless and was pissed off doing her job its MY fault?! In addition to this trip, on a normal basis there are NEVER enough checkout stands, and even though employees are walking around up front that work in the front end, none of them offer to open another checkstand. Even during lunch or dinner rush... just poor customer service.
