Online ducks online ordering is sick and not user friendly ordered same day item on June 13 and went to pick.up on 17th not there entry back on q9th still not there it was a fathers day gift which by the way had a $5 express shipping except theres no online code for it the chat was a joke which is y I said to pickup from store ..then I called actually the store called the online customer srvc and the lady was rude had to ask for supervisor like 8 times and then waited on hold for a supervisor who only got on the call with a bigger attitude over talking me and when I asked her how is she a supervisor but wont allow me to talk vent what have u..and she put me back on hold with no warning .the ladies at the counter at Tulsa promenade was just as appalled as I was if not embarrassed. .I am a very loyal.pennys shopper aor should I say was ..I AM DONE A SPENDING MY HARD EARMED MONEY AT BUSINESSES WHO DONT CARE FIR CUSTOMERS. ..DELETING APP NO REWARDS AND THEY CAN SUCK IT

La ropa de JcPenney’s es mi favorita. Mis ropas favoritas es la bata azul y la camisa roja. La bata es más cara que la camisa. Mi hermano compró dos sacos. Los sacos eran muy barato. Le dio un saco a mi padre. Para el cumpleaños de mi abuela mi madre le dio un anillo de JcPenney’s a abuela. Abuela tiene tantos anillos como pulseras. Las pulseras de JcPenney’s a también.

Although I came here during the Holidays, the place is an absolute mess. It looks like no effort has been put toward organizing it and putting away stray clothing. However, I doubt it is the fault of the employees. I imagine they are simply understaffed and staff has to focus on cashiering (or being on their cellphone like one lady I saw) and cant put anything away. Ive always thought that this is a very mediocre place. The music keeps messing up, too, which is the cherry on top of a stressful experience. The only good thing about my visit was a cheery cashier who was nice and gave me a coupon.

When Ive visited this store, the mens clothing displays are almost always a wreck. Clothes are often just thrown into heaps on a display making searching for a size or style almost impossible. Even worse, the customer service is atrocious. As much as I hate going to the busier Woodland Hills Mall area, the difference in stores is night and day. Ive had nothing but solid experiences at Woodland but have typically avoided due to traffic. Guess when I want to shop at Penneys Ill either brace the busier mall or order online.

May find some decent deals every now and then. The actual JCPenney Home Store closed here in Tulsa so this is the place to go if youre looking for home related items. Customer service is average. The place isnt well maintained.
