Bought a glasses from the JC Penny optical and since the glasses was coming out of the frame returned it back to JC Penny opticals. The lady in the opticals (only 1 person there) department hesitantly agreed to send it back to the manufacturer. Today when I called she says theres no record of the glasses being sent to the manufacturer. Its a $500+ glasses and this was my experience...hopefully Ill get it back. Very bad customer service at the JC Opticals..not responsive at all. Theres no crowd in the Opticals anytime...I am not sure how she could loss track of what shes going.

JCP @ Topeka, few employees in this store are rude n unethical .. Had a bad experience on 07/23/2016.. got an email from JCP regarding the coupons they are giving in-store. But when we reached the store @ 10:20AM at the East entrance... they denied coupons to most saying that we had already received the coupons from them... That was rude... We just entered and they say we already got the coupons from them... Worst behavior...

Fair warning, if your looking for Sephora you wont find it here! Big store with lots of options and 2 levels. Upstiars Bathrooms were disgusting and look like their never cleaned. Maybe the 1st floor bathrooms were better, but not sure?

Since no one will buy anything unless it is (on sale) , these retailers jack up the prices x3 and then boast its on sale!!! On sale off of an already inflated price equals you are paying full price and then some. Wake up people!
