I was here shopping for shoes on a Tuesday afternoon and I was greeted at the door by a gentleman wearing a vest that said LOSS PREVENTION. I dont know if the other loss prevention employees were bored because there werent many people at the store, but everywhere I went in the store, there were loss prevention employees. I wasnt carrying a purse or a backpack, so Im not quite sure why me and my coworker were garnering such attention, but it didnt go unnoticed.

Im giving 2 stars instead of 1 because they are a brand new store, but Ive gone there 3 times now and left without a purchase because of the poor state of the store, the poor layout, and the unhelpful and unfriendly attitude of the staff. Ive visited other Ross stores in other cities and have always been happy so I truly hope this store gets a good manager that can resolve their issues.

This Ross is very well organized and clean. Dressing rooms are clean too. Always a good selection of different clothes. Theres employees constantly picking up and sorting stuff, making it look nice. It probably doubles as them watching for shoplifters, but thats technically a good thing, too. And the store ends up looking well kept! So win win.

I spent $90 and a lot of time in this store, and nobody ever asked me if I needed any help. Associates were preoccupied with themselves. And I thought working in customer service youre supposed to thank the customer for shopping with them. She just handed me the bag and went about her business. Im disappointed and probably wont return.

People in Topeka always find a reason to dislike something about something. The store always stays nice and clean and for the record its not the employees with the attitude its the customers. They are very rude and who wants to help rude people. Thanks again Topeka. Keep making things less than great.

Great deals, low prices. Very good parking and close to all local eateries and retail shop. Clean store and great items. Best Ross I have been to and I go often because they have a great clothing and shoe section and stock many items and other stores cant beat there prices.

Horrible experience. They are by far the worst ross Ive ever been too. Customer service is poor and the selection is ok. From managers to cashiers, dont expect a hello or thank you. Be aware, they might treat you like a thief if you have a stroller with your baby on you!

Ive visited Ross when on vacation in Colorado and Oklahoma. I am so excited they are now closer to home. I love the style of clothing and selection they provide and you absolutely cannot beat their prices anywhere.

I think the Topeka Ross DRESS has forgotten the DRESS part! 5 half filled racks of dresses was all. Very poor selection for driving over an hour to find to this store. Clean, customer service got the rating

Ross has low quality clothes at low prices. Dont expect to get deals at Ross that you couldnt find online. The store is cleaner than other Rosss Ive been to and staff are friendly.
