This would be no stars if only it would let me post without. Horrible customer service. Dead heat of summer a.c. goes out it takes a month to get it looked at. Have to order parts, make an appointment a month later to install parts. Now appointment day has arrived and the supervisor wont send the helper with the tech because the wrong parts were ordered. BUT the right parts are sitting at the house and cant be installed because the helper isnt there. Now they are telling us it will be September before it can be fixed. Do not buy any service agreements with sears. They will take your money and make you wait months for any customer service. I wont be purchasing anything from sears for a long time.

Exceptionally poor. There is only one phone number provided and no one answers the phone. I called for 4 1/2 hours today and not one person could be reached at any time. When I contacted their partner store, KMart, that was also a waste. I did get a live person on that phone, however, she was very unprofessional and disrespectful. Sears/KMart, no wonder your stores are going under. You no longer care about true customer service nor do you even know what that is. I do not recommend the Topeka Sears Store.

My late grandfather always bought equipment from Sears since the late 50s, they were once at White Lakes Mall and then they moved to West Ridge Mall so he started going to that one and buying Craftsman brand products. they have the best selection of tools that includes power tools. If you want good Craftsman brand equipment go to Sears!!! And they also sell clothes and shoes for both men and women.

I went to the appliance department with a broken spray arm from my dishwasher. Without looking anything up, without asking another associate for help, the young man waiting on me said they would not call a technician for something so minor and suggested I look it up on YouTube.
