This is kinda crazy but I have been to wal-mart 3 times within the last 36 hours and EVERY time that i have went in there have been nothing but rude people that "helped us" took 15-20 minutes just to get a set of keys to open a case to get the item we wanted.. not only was it time consuming but wen the lady brought the keys over she very rudely thru them across the counter at the other employee ( which was not to kind herself). Then when we were checking out the 2nd time just the whole attitude of that cashier was very rude as well.. and then today i went in to get two very simple items a cake (which they thought they had lost and took forever finding it ) and a gallon of milk.. the computer/card reader froze and so the lady told me that i would have to go stand in ANOTHER line that she could not check me out and right after i left to go to the other line she helped the person that was right behind me... just really was not impressed with the experience that we have had there lately if you want to keep your customers it would be nice if you at least treated them nicely... Might start shopping somewhere else if things dont change with your employees usually i am not one to gripe but this was a little much for me..

My elderly parents came to this Walmart store to purchase a big screen television. After their purchase between 9 pm and 10 pm they were helped to their van with the 55" flat screen television by a manager and another well bodied employee. My father had to make room in the van by folding down seats and such. In that time the manager got called away and my father had to load the heavy and awkward television as the employee looked on. What kind of person could do that?! Most of the time the employees are friendly and helpful! My family will not make any big dollar purchases here again. We will go to best buy. Thank you for your time.

I walked across town to get my grandmothers medication, and some lady that worked there that im pretty sure crapped her pants kept following me through the store and peeking from behind shelves to look at me and see what I was doing. Then I starred back at her and she started saying that if keep it up shell kick me out with one phone call. She was some shorter lady with a blue Walmart vest and looked around 50 with brown hair, and she was stocking the shelves by the pharmacy. Then I walked past her on my way to leave and she started to threaten to kick me out again when I was just walking past her to leave.

I bought a TV and the cashier asked me if I wanted carry out. I said yes and then went to stand by the TV. She walks over after a few minutes and rudely informs me that no one can help me. Well I had seen plenty of stock boys, male cashiers, even the guy who loaded it into the cart in the first place. Not to mention plenty of female employees. With me being very pregnant and showing you think they would have told me I couldnt have carry out before. Then the cashier comes out side has Im loading it into my car to tell me it doesnt look like its fitting. Ugh disgusted.

Im not typically a Walmart shopper, but recently while traveling to Auburn, Nebraska, we stopped for grocery needs and I must say, the employees at this location were more friendly and helpful than most any other grocery store Ive EVER visited! We actually ended up shipping here 4 different times over a 5 week time frame and we encountered the same service EVERY TIME!! I wish all Walmart Super Centers were like this one!

I had to buy tires there because of a blowout on the interstate. They damaged each of my aluminum wheels. At the time they said it was just surface residue from the mounting of the tires. Ended up being $900 worth of damage to my wheels. NEVER get your tires at Walmart if you care about keeping your car nice.

Helpful staff that was very friendly when I asked for help finding something. Clean store as well. Craft beer selection was limited (read: non-existent). This was the reason for my visit. Very few cashiers put on staff; there were _no_ registers open when I went to check out. You had to use a self-checkout lane.

Horrible gross and what make it worse is the people they the kicker but whats really sad its the assistant managers that I felt with just needed help and only got attitude pretty sad we help you with a check and your the rudest person how embarrassing for your store

You really have to check the dates on some of the groceries. I dont know how many times Ive bought stuff from the dairy section and its bad a day or two later. Most of the associates are great, but there are a few who shouldnt be working on customer service.

Was here today and saw that the fire doors were blocked by carts....Then I stood in line waiting for help at the self check out while the "supervisor" had a gossip session with what sounded like their best friend... I think Ill take my business elsewhere...

Could have been a bigger better walmart like the rest of the supper centers, but i dont think they had a big enough lot to complete that task. Its a Good Place to shop. Has a lot of everything, but it has less then that of a regular SuperCenter.

Called the nebraska city Walmart. Asked for a product. The lady said I dont know what that is. What department do you want I said toys. She goes nope dont have that have a good day and she said bye and hung up on me.

Has limited products, takes months for them to get a new product on the market. Has a product one wk, 3 wks later it isnt stocked any longer. Slow at stocking shelves. Walmart customers suck, theyre rude

Truck friendly but dont drive behind the store. Crates, cardboard stacks and storage containers everywhere. I almost didnt make it all the way around. I feel bad for the Walmart drivers.

Most of the store is great, but if you need to conduct any business at the service desk, expect your transaction to take a least 10 minutes. That didnt include your wait time in line.

The manager would not open another line while we been waiting for 20 minutes then opens a new line for someone she knows. Nor help the out cashier in training.

It may be smaller but its in a small town. The people that work there are nice and the always have what I need. Good deal on tires.

A typical Walmart experience: decent prices, but not on everything and occasional customer service, usually when its not needed.
