WE ORDERED A CALIFORNIA KING SIZE MATTRESS & A MATTRESS PROTECTOR ON SEPT. 29, 2010 AND JUST RECEIVED OUR 4TH MATTRESS TODAY 11/8/10 AND IT TOO IS NOT WHAT WE ORDERED. THEY FINALLY GOT THE SIZE CORRECT, BUT ITS NOT THE FIRM MATTRESS WE ORDERED. WHEN YOU HAVE A COMPLAINT OR A PROBLEM YOU CALL TO TALK TO THE MANAGER AND END UP ONLINE EXPLAINING EVERYTHING TO 3-4 DIFFERENT PEOPLE AND AFTER BEING ON THE PHONE FOR 20 MINUTES AT A TIME YOU GET DROPPED AND HAVE TO START THE ENTIRE PROCESS OVER AGAIN. YOU WOULD THINK SOMEONE WOULD CALL YOU BACK, SINCE THEY ASKED FOR YOUR NUMBER 3-4 TIMES WHILE GOING THROUGH ALL THE DIFFERENT PEOPLE BUT NO NOT SEARS. THEY WANT YOU TO WASTE EVEN MORE OF YOUR VALUABLE TIME TALKING TO AUTOMATED SYSTEMS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE WHO ARENT EVEN THE PEOPLE YOU REALLY NEED TO TALK TO! IT SUCKS THAT SEARS NO LONGER WORRIES ABOUT WHAT THE CUSTOMER THINKS, WE ARE NOW WAITING ON OUR 5TH MATTRESS. THE SAD PART IS MARK SAWYER WHO WORKS IN THE MATTRESS DEPARTMENT WAS AWESOME DID HIS JOB WELL AND HAS TRIED TO HELP US GET THIS RESOLVED THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE ORDEAL BUT HIS BOSSES COULD CARE LESS. IT MAKES MARK LOOK BAD AND HE HAS BEEN THE ONLY ONE THAT HAS DONE ANYTHING GOOD IN THIS SITUATION THAT WOULD MAKE ME WANT TO GO BACK AND SHOP AT SEARS! SEARS DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER AT ALL! THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT HOW MUCH THIS HAS INCONVENIENCED US, HAVE NOT OFFERED TO GIVE US A CREDIT FOR ALL THE TIME WE HAVE WASTED TAKING OFF WORK WAITING ON DELIVERIES......NOTHING. UNBELIEVABLE IS ALL I CAN SAY!

I took my newborn baby girl when she was about 3 weeks old. First of all the room was FREEZING! Youd think they would have the room warm for newborn pictures! My baby was crying because it was so cold so we had to go back another day and try to get her pictures taken then. We went back and finally got the session done. I paid over $180 and still havent received her pictures. Shes going to turn 3mths next week. I went when they said theyd be ready. After the workers were scrambling looking for the pictures they finally told me "there was a problem with the lab". I went back two more times and was told the exact same thing. The manager doesnt seem to know what shes doing. I called in today and another worker told me there hasnt been an update with our account. Meaning??? So Im going to call again tomorrow and then try and get a hold of their regional manager. This is completely unacceptable. Im a pretty calm and reasonable person but it seems like they just dont care. Word of advice: dont go to this place. ...I knew I should have gone to JCPenney

I went there to get upright bicycle. My sales person was such a good person and told me he will help me drop off treadmill at my house so I bought both bicycle and treadmill. I recently moved to Dallas. I dont know anyone has pick up truck so I told sales person I like to buy treadmill but dont have a pick up truck. He voluntarily told me he will drop it off if I buy them and I got it and he drop it off for me. I have never had such a experience. I never thought that someone would do that. I dont want to put his name but he know who he is. Great heart and great experience. Thank you so much.

Do not get your appliances here. Dont get -anything- you have to have installed from Sears because the people they go through are -totally- incompetent! I finally had to cancel the oven I ordered and have it done by someone who could actually have it installed in a timely fashion. They delayed the order, and then when someone -finally- came out to install it, they -dropped- the oven on the way in and broke it. -Then- I couldnt get anyone to call me back about trying again. Just go to Lowes instead. Their warranties are -much- cheaper too.

I live in Royce city and Called to see if they had a part in stock for my mower. I was put on hold for the guy to look for the part and heard him laughing and joking on the other end of the phone for 30 mins...after being on hold for 32 mins they hung up on the call. I called back in and asked for a manager the same gentlemen told me he didnt know who the manager was and then hung up on me again. The department was lawn and garden. Stay away, poor customer service poor everything save your time and money go elsewhere.

Bought a washer and dryer from here, the washer came on the expected delivery date and the delivery guys where very professional and installed quickly but the dryer was heavily damaged so i wasnt able to have my dryer and now i have to wait 3 more weeks. I paid a good amount of money for these and expected more, so now i have to continue to use a laundry mat which is very inconvenient with my kids. First time using Sears and I am very disappointed

Sears online ordering is horrible. Several of my online orders have had problems in the past. Now with my most recent order the website allowed me to select this store that didnt even have the item. Then the "customer service" couldnt even help me get the item at another store that did have the item. Im done with ordering online from Sears or even buying anything at all from them.

These clowns cannot even answer a damn telephone in their department!! Leave a message? Yeah right! What a bunch of idiots wrapped up in morons! I will shop Sears online or buy the tools I need off eBay. At least I dont have to deal face to face with some incompetent clerk or deal with the ignorant customers and fools in the parking lot at Town East Mall.

I had no issues at the store when I purchased the 4 basic appliances for my kitchen. However, I called customer service to fix a minor issue with my microwave. The repair company they use are worthless. First attempt, they cancelled. No prob there. Second attempt no one showed up. Day wasted. Ill prob go to cons or best buy to get my stuff.

The service sucks the manager is a poor excuse of manager must have married into the family I bought a lawn mower 96 days ago and it has already stopped working properly there used to be a time when Sears stood for quality but I guess not any more Walmart or lowes or home depot for my replacement! !!!

I like this place for the affordable clothing and dressing. Big and small brands are there at very good prices. Most of my casual tees and shorts are from sears. This specific location at town east mall has great selectuons. Other locations are not that great in terms of variety.

Great customer service, was able to return an item that was defective and was treated like a person and not like a customer to just make money from. Look forward to conducting more business at this store.
