Not sure if I should give one start to Walmart or WIC, but heres what literally JUST happened. I purchased a large Gerber brand oatmeal cereal and 26 baby food jars & containers. I go to check out. I tell the cashier everything is on WIC. She has me immediately place my card in the reader and checks my balance for me... which kind of pisses me off as its NONE of her business what benefits I receive from WIC. After, she reads the receipt and counts my baby food, she begins to ring them up. After the transaction is over, she tells me I owe $1.12. I asked her what didnt my WIC accept, (most all other stores are able to tell you immediately) she looked at the receipt and said she doesnt know. I took a food out and matcher the UPC and asked her to try taking it off and she said she didnt know how. Unfortunately my husband is working today and took my debit card for lunch and I didnt have any cash on me (lesson learned). So after a few minutes of her fumbling with the receipt and my tearing up out of frustration and embarrassment, the VERY nice and generous gentleman behind me in line paid my $1.12 balance. The employee was NOT competent at her job and in my opinion violated my privacy when she had me scan my card and viewed the receipt from my WIC benefits. Also, Walmart NEED a better system to show what was and wasnt accepted with WIC. Other stores have this capability and youd think with Walmart being a HUGE corporation that theyd be able to have this available to their customers as well. Get a new system and be sure your employees actually know what they are doing. Its THEIR job to know what to do, not call on someone else wasting the customers time on top of everyone else waiting in line and next time I will be sure to bring cash or have my debit card handy.

the WORST Walmart ever! I was taking back 3 items that I had lost the receipt for. As soon I started talking to the lady that was helping me an older woman behind the counter butted in and immediately started saying none of it could be returned for various reasons! Total Negativity!!!! Mind You everything was in New Unopened condition except for the movie series I purchased which the last disk was damaged! She wasnt even the person I was in the line of yet she started quoting all the rules and regulations of taking these items back!!! The last time I checked you could return damaged or unopened items! One of the reasons I NEVER question shopping at Walmart because MOST Walmarts do NOT hassle their costumers! I wanted to get the negative womans name but of course she had a sweater on covering her name tag!!! Suprise!! Suprise!! After talking with an assistant manager and proving her wrong and going back and getting a new video to replace the damaged one Ms. Negativity was helping a woman who she called by name and obviously knew and was being overly friendly!!! You really should treat ALL customers with respect and friendliness not just the locals!!! Then there was a gaggle of employees standing around the video department and I asked a general question and they all just looked at me like I was interrupting them! THE WORST WALMART EVER!!!

1 cash register open aside from their garbage self checkout lanes. Called the store phone number while in line and reached Candy. I asked her for another register to be opened, as it was necessary at that point, but it never happened. We all stood in line at the 1 open register that slow poke Joe was operating, watching 5 other employees standing around chit chatting in front of us without a clue as to what was going on. Terrible customer service and store management all together, period. Ive never seen such a work- shirking bunch of lazy people collectively in 1 place at the same time (wearing capes for some reason). This place needs serious help from the top on down. Inventory management is also very laughable. Out of stock everywhere, all of the time, since day one that this place was opened. DISTRICT MANAGER...HELLO!!! Somebody help this dump out! Please!

While some are in love with this stupid store pay attention people....the prices you are paying at this Walmart in Princeton do not match the prices advertised at the shelf. This particular Walmart is screwing people every day!!!several times I have noticed any were from 45 cents all the way up to 2.50 more charged for the item above what the price tag on shelve said and there scales in the fruit section are off by more than 1lb between scales at register. The employees suck at there jobs and are completely rude and avoid when comes to customer service. Just pay a little attention when your at that store and youll feel screwed before you walk out I guarantee it!!!

Store opened with an employee stabbing a couple of folks including a off-duty McKinney firefighter in the neck. More recently, in January 2017 Princeton police arrested a 28-year-old man accused of setting a fire that injured four people there. The store was closed for a few days. Food was partially restocked quickly. They are still trying to restock the clothing. At least if doesnt smell like Hutchins BBQ anymore. My favorite employee is the white kid with the 4 foot afro. I stay in gratitude by reminding myself when depressed, "At least I dont live in Princeton!"

Not only the store it self deserves 5 stars. But also Associate I believe i recall her name being Fe? Dont exactly remember associate name, she helped me and stood right next to me the whole time I was there and that was pretty long time for her to do that for me making sure I got what I wanted exactly done to my pictures she was very helpful and stood and listen to my stories . I will be coming back to this store for more perfect customer service. Thank you!

I think this is the sorriest excuse for a walmart. My son was trying to buy dirt for our garden (which is outside the store) went out to look for a specific brand and when he came back in he was met with an off the clock employee accusing him of stealing. They then called the police after he explained the situation. Apparently you get a ticket for trying to purchase from this place. I urge everyone to stay away

I typically dont shop at Walmart, but I had to purchase some items from the Deli Department for a Funeral. I had pre-ordered the items in advanced for 11 A.M on a Saturday. I didnt get those items until 11:40. The ladies that worked in the Deli didnt have any sense of urgency. If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. When I do come back into the are, I will never shop at this location again.

Store is clean, I wish they had a better selection on few items, I have to opt for diet root beer rather than diet Sunkist which I prefer, there are other instances like this but that one predominantly comes to mind. The gas station has a Walmart convenience store, first one of these I have seen, as its not a Murphys USA. Its preferable to Murphys as the selection is immensely better than any Murphys Ive seen.
