I am a Forney resident originally when this Wal-Mart Store opened it was the place to be clean aisles, great customer service & it was a great place to shop. I often invited my family to come shop at this location, because it was 5 STAR. I have been disappointed with the customer service overall. The people stocking the aisles cannot provide direction as to where to find items, it could be because they are constantly moving items around the store a hide n go seek kind of thing. The staff is constantly changing so you can see why it is hard to find good help. The managers can be found walking the aisle but ask them for help and they just refer you to the next person-poor example for employees. I recently lost my iphone6 at this Wal-Mart in Forney, after handing my cart to an employee lining up the carts. As soon as I realized it 10 mins. later I left I logged in to my find my iphone app. which revealed it was still at the Wal-Mart. I called it and it went straight to vmail-strange. I never turn off my ph it had 43% battery. I refreshed my app and it was offline now- wondered if if the cart employee found it since it was placed in the front of the shopping cart which he was hanging on to when I gave him my car. I jumped in my car and drove back to the Wal-Mart in Forney with good thoughts of maybe he turned it in. I asked the customer services people just peered at me and said "no one has turned in a phone sorry". I asked about reviewing the security cams because evidently someone has it as the phone was turned off. They told me it was not possible without the police to request to view them. Since they did not offer, I asked if I could leave a contact ph#, they cut some register tape & took my #. I walked up and down the area of the cart, the cart storage area where it was taken to, then outside of the store. I asked the automotive people working outside (these were the nice employees that tried to help, they are the reason for the 1 STAR indicated.) I filed the police report nevertheless. I called a couple times the next day so see if anyone had returned it. After holding for over 10mins. someone finally responded and said they would have to check with someone else. Another 10mins. went by finally another person confirmed no new findings. I call everyday hoping someone will return my $600.00 phone and restore my faith in the humanity of the employees at Wal-Mart in Forney. Be aware, it was considered stolen when that person knowingly turned off the phone & took it. I wonder how the Wal-Mart Corp. feels about anyone walking out of their store with electronic merchandise that costs $600.00, Guess its ok if its their customers belongings its not worth reviewing cams to help a customer.

I do everything I can to avoid. Last time I was in it was around 8 am on a weekday. The only register that was open was clear down in the grocery, I knew better but since there was not a checker I had to use the self checkout. As always it screwed up, ran out of bills to give change (Walmart was not prepared to do business), I had to wait for a CSM to come, asked the 2 women checkers that man the self service to just give me my $1 from another register, they could but HAD TO WAIT FOR THE CSM to do that. Told them to just give me back my $20, they could BUT HAD TO WAIT FOR THE CSM. Total time was 10 min waiting, total employees involved was 3.

What can ya say walmart is walmart. What makes a great store are the employees. Oh and the layout of the store, why cant the stores, in general, be laid out the same, instead every store I go to, I have to figure where everything is and with my husbands job weve traveled quite a bit the last year or so and its very frustrating. I mean we spend A lot of time and money in walmart Maybe(executives or whoever is in charge of layouts keep this in mind that for people who travel, familiarity is comforting, and also one reason people frequent Wal-Mart, because it reminds them of home)

Love this Walmart! Everything I need in a hurry. They always have enough staff to check you out other than some other Walmarts around the country Ive been to. Best tires and oil change around. The only thing I have called a manager about is when I purchased new tires in January 2017. The person who filled up my tires had over 40 lbs air pressure per tire. My tires are supposed to have 30 lbs. The manager assured me, hed correct that.

i used to have a lot of problems with this Walmart , incorrect change , horrible attitude, poor customer service, even worse management , but i have to say management slowly but surly changed improvement , especially assistant manger Rhonda "WHAT A TRUE PROFESSIONAL, COSTUMER SERVICE IS HER GOAL, ABOVE AN BEYOND, TRULY AN ABSOLUTE DELIGHT DEALING WITH HER. Walmart needs more employees like her.

Dont really need to beat a dead horse here. As far as Walmart stores go, this is a nice location. Staff was friendly when asked, store was clean, but it wasnt something that was just incredibly amazing. I think the problem is there is a Kroger and a Lowes right nearby that do the same services, and better. Again, overall though for Walmart, this was a good location.

Very poor customer service!!! Shouldnt advertise a price and not stand behind it!!! No matter if its a "glitch" or not. You still advertised for that selling price!!! Funny how other walmarts were happy to accept price but this location gave me the run around 5 different times!!! Very rude! Corporate will be notified.

I used to prefer this Walmart over others, but it seems like they are following suite and going down hill. Their Birthday cake selection is mediocore even for a Walmart, and the produce isnt great. It might still be one of the better Walmarts in the area, but I prefer the Kroger next door.

People are rude and lazy cannot put there carts where they belong in the cart return.. And always walking through the exit doors. As they bump into you do not say excuse me. Or nothing. They should have someone in the parking lot always getting carts away from people expensive cars.

You need to train your staff to be more friendly and to know how to treat people specially cashiers and the ladies in the yellow vests.. I hate to say this , but we started to go to the mesquite location that is 10 miles away where my home town walmart is just about a mile away !

Ordered party trays for a wedding, suppose to be ready at noon today, wedding at 3, no one knew about it but the order is attached to the walk-In. Didnt offer any other options. Basically did care, its not done sorry for your loss. If they even said that.

Walmart supercenter, so has all you would expect from a Walmart, including full grocery section. Clean, friendly staff. If I had one complaint, its ingress and egress to the facility parking lot. The best option is to come in from the 80 frontage road.

Great Selection great prices. It is a shame that I would rather come all the way out here to shop rather than going to the Walmarts in Dallas Fort Worth. This store has much more to offer and better prices. Well organized and friendly employees.
